Mold and bed bugs

Checked in room, mold under sink. Questionable bug in room, person in next room had bug bites on her. We left hotel and found another place to stay. They could not refund my money, have to call management on Monday. Positive note: the man at the desk was very nice.

Just a get by hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Remodel the rooms and improve the breakfast.
Location: This place is convenient to just about everything on the main road.
This hotel is in a good location but is old and needs remodeling badly. The old time refrigerator has rust on the door and the towels were in the clothes closet as there were no towel racks. The breakfast was just cereal and a self made pancake maker. I tried a couple of the apples but on cutting them open they were rotten. This hotel is perhaps for a man that is traveling on the cheap and is not too concerned with comfort. It could be a great place if they remodeled as the place is really overdue for one. The front desk people weren't too helpful, I had no problems there but others did. Couldn't help noticing as the front desk was next to the breakfast room. Won't stay here again, I learned a lesson. Tried to save a few bucks but got less than I paid for. Good Luck with your trip to Gatlinburg.

Pros: In the middle of everything. Comfortable room with a good view.
Cons: N/A
Location: Numerous shops and attractions. Everything you would want to do is within walking distance.
Everything was fine. Centrally located within walking distance of most all shops and attractions.

Decent hotel and close to the strip!

The location is the best part as the hotel is close enough to the "strip" that you can walk anywhere you want to but also far enough away to not have to deal with the noise from the vehicles and people. This hotel has some age on it is obvious that the staff is trying to do renovations a little at a time but the room was big and clean.

It was a nice hotel, for the price.

Pros: The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The rooms are in desperate need of updating.
Location: It's close enough to walk to the strip, but you would be very tired by the time you get home.
It was a nice hotel. The beds were comfortable, I found a bug, but couldn't identify it. To me, it was a cockroach, but hubby said no. I also didn't like the way they charge my credit card at the beginning of the stay, prohibiting me from changing my plans in the middle of my stay. The rooms desperately need an update, and we were nervous everytime we got in the elevator. The stay was ok, I give them an ok because we wanted to change our plans and move on the second day, but they had already charged my credit card and they don't give refunds. The staff was friendly.

Thank you for your review. We are getting ready to remodel our entire hotel and definitely update it. Every hotel charges when you check in, we also have our elevator checked once a month and is safe. once you reserve a room and check in there is no cancellation period. I am sorry if this has inconvenienced you.

Great price and close to all downtown stores. Walking distance to aquarium and coster. Would stay again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Nasty hotel. Rude staff. Roaches. The room stunk. Curtains barley hanging on. Tv didnt work. Burn holes in comforter. Dingy sheets. I cut my foot on something in the floor! Hotel won't change rooms or refund our money. Stay anywhere else but here!

Easy to find. We walked to the main street to shop with ease. Comfortable bed and the room was clean.
