We stayed one night for our daughter’s cheer competition. The mattress on the pull out couch was a little flimsy, but no issues other than that! Everything was neat, clean, and near downtown.

property was very nice, they only replace necessities when you place them out by the front door. No maid services. Shower leaked and flooded floors each day and when I notified them they did not offer to move us into another room. I will not be staying at this locations again!

Great stay. The place was very clean and very quiet. The beds were the best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Very comfy. Walking distance to all of Gatlinburg. Excellent stay No issues or problems at all. Would recommend

Older property but pleasantly surprised. Room was updated and clean. Gas Fireplace in room. Working smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Great location. Property is on River Road so not as much traffic and quieter. Within walking distance of most everything. We actually extended our stay an additional day. Would definitely stay there again.

Гостиница расположена в пешей доступнисти к центральной улице города и это единственный ее плюс. Фоторгафии не соответствуют действительности и скрашивают все недоработки. Выглядит так как будто был задуман проект хорошего ремонта и дизайнер поработал на славу,но воплотить его в жизне не удалось. Самым большим разочарованием для нас стало ляденое помещение туалета где как оказалось нет ни кондиционирования ни подогрева и ледяная плитка на полу. Другим нашим разочарованием была система кондиционирования и подогрева в комнате. Ее просто невозможно отрегулировать она как будто живёт своей жизнью и дует то холодом то жарой по ее собственному усмотрению, причем это происходит каждые несколько минут. В целом все выглядит старым, разбитым и не доделанным. Гостиница определённо не стоит тех денег что были уплочены. Определённо мы больше не вернёмся.

We have stayed here many times. Rooms are quiet and it is in a good location, quick to get to the strip or the national park entrance. It is clean, not the fanciest of hotels, but the fireplace is nice and the jetted tub in the king is a plus.

The outside may be showing a bit of age but our room was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfy and the fireplace was perfect on the cool nights. Staff was very friendly. Everything is within walking distance and is off the main strip and noise that comes with it. Wifey has decided this is a place we're staying again, that doesn't happen often.

Not a bad stay
No hot water in the shower, we had a strong smell of cat urine. Which when we did notify the Inn they were going to change rooms or send housekeepers in to clean it again but once it rained the smell was gone. We will stay back here it’s not bad great walking distance to all the attractions.

Don't judge too quickly!
This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. I was a little worried at first because the exterior was a little in need of a clean-up but the rooms are amazing. I felt safe the whole time I was there and the parking lot is convenient. It is literally a minute's walk from the main strip, but despite that we heard NO traffic sounds. The people in the main office are also very friendly and polite.
