"We loved our stay. Bed was a bit hard for us but everything else was great. Parking was a bit tricky and of course a charge for it. The pool was closed for repair. Breakfast was good. Free. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, mandarins and cottage cheese. Breads. Cereal. Coffee, milk and juices. One block to the main strip. Balconies are good. Our room had a fireplace. "

"The access to the amenities was great. Room was nice and clean. Only downsides are that the parking is 15.00 website states it’s free. The balcony door does not lock. Other than that I had a great time and will revisit again. "

"Complete false claim of “Top Rated Breakfast”. There were tiny muffins, 3 packs mini donuts, pop tarts, tiny yogurts and small boxes of cereal. Not even a nice continental breakfast was offered. We have early morning tournaments and this was my daughters opportunity to get something to eat before starting her busy day. This is completely false advertisement. "

"Check in staff was great, clean rooms. Beautiful view of the river. Only negatives were that we needed an iron, they didn't have them in room, or a closet????, asked for it the morning after we arrived and they were supposed to deliver it along with new towels to our room. Towels arrived and the room tidied but no iron. Asked again and they told me they were all loaned out:/. So, I had wrinkled clothes the rest of the trip. Also, they have two nice firepits, which we were excited to use, with the firewood that we were told was provided (on the check in paper) was at the end of the building. No wood. When asked, the front desk staff said that it was ordered but wasn't sure when it was gonna be there. The husband forged for some twigs and wood and gathered some from the edge of the woods. We had bought the starters from the store and since the wood was wet, we struggled to have a fire. It wasn't a total fail, but just make sure there's wood or bring your own before you settle in for a relaxing evening by the fire pit. Overall it was a nice stay! Location was not bad, but not really walking distance into downtown Gatlimburg. There's trolley stop right in front of the hotel. But, we waited one evening for 40 mins and one never came by. We saw very few while we were there. "
