The room was great--spacious and had a kitchenette. It was very nice having a free breakfast each morning of the stay. VERY conveniently located for all attractions we visited.

Property wasn’t very clean, smelled of air freshener- seemed like it was coming through the air conditioner, was also very dated. Side parking was inconvenient and was the only option. The Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No fruit, no yogurt, the coffee spot was sticky.

For a family of seven that always struggles to find one hotel room and not be split up during our vacation this was an amazing hotel! Two bedroom with 3 beds total, plus pull out couch. Not to mention two bathrooms!!! Let me stress two bathrooms!!! That is amazing trying to get ready in the morning not to mention its right in the outskirts of everything so its five minutes drive to everything on the main strip. Will definetly be staying again!

The hotel is out dated, suites were very dull and had a weird noise my 19 months old daughter kept up and crying all night due to the noise she was scared and their was a knock on the door around 2am and 3am i got a call from the front desk about my daughter crying and the phone call scared her more. Very disappointed and checked out next day and our vacation was ruined. Called expedia and they couldn’t do any thing to compensate.would not recommend at all.

Definitely clean enough and the staff was nice enough. Dollywood was 3-5 minutes away and plenty of eating places around us as well. A bit outdated but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s really such a nice stay. Very cozy!!

We loved this property. It was close everything The room was perfect for my family with two disabled adults. It was very clean and room service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. It was very quiet and comfortable. I will recommend it.

Location was great for our 2 day visit to Dollywood. However, the property is quite rundown. Our bathroom shower didn’t drain properly, they had a whole in the wall stuffed with toilet paper, the bathroom walls looked like they had been primed, but not fully painted, and the furniture was filthy and broken down. I was expecting dated because of the price, but it was just run down.

This property was older compared to some of the other properties in the area but was still very well maintained. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was so cool! It was a 2 bedroom/2 bath suit with living room and kitchen. It provided my family with enough room to comfortably relax after a long trip! We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone! If we are ever back in the area, we will be staying here again.

Nice and quiet area, but close to the Main Street. I stayed there in 2014 and went back because I liked it a lot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included. I recommend this hotel.

The room was very outdated, the furniture is very old. The mattress on the pullout sofa was very worn out to where you could feel the springs, and therefore needs to be replaced ASAP. Over all, the property is overpriced for how outdated it is.
