Nice room with balcony and great view of the river

Posted Aug 18, 2015
We enjoyed staying here. Room was nice & very clean. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening & watching the river! There is covered parking if you are lucky enough to find a spot. It was noisey early in the morning from truck deliveries but I expect that you would have that at other hotels in that area. Breakfast was free but just OK. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel minutes from the shopping district.

Posted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Price, friendly staff and great breakfast.
Cons: Sound baffles on the front walkway. Traffic was loud, but I still slept well.
The hotel was well priced, clean and convenient. The only issue was the traffic noise from the road. The hotel is right on the main drag and all rooms open to the road. Great value and excellent breakfast.

Beautiful view

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: The views of the river and mountains. Friendly staff.
Cons: It's not exactly easy walking distance to most of the activities but just a short drive.
Location: Miniature Golf, Ober Ski, shopping and outlets, Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are all just a short drive away.
Beautiful hotel with great balcony views of the river and mountains. Friendly staff. The Ober Snow Ski area is close by but sadly we weren't lucky when it came to snow during our trip despite it being wintertime. There are lots of shops just a short drive away and plenty of places to play miniature golf.

We enjoyed it

The hotel has a very good location. It is little bit noise because it is on the Main Street but did not bother me during the night. You can walk in to the center everything is close, restaurants, theater, center. The room was very nice and clean. I would recommend that hotel to anyone

Vacation 2015

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Well to start I arrived later than I wanted but when I got to the hotel the clerk at the front desk was really nice and very helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and smelled good. Over all stay was good. The beds, well my boys thought they were Awesome and slept like babies. Location was good. We were just a few block from the aquarium and only like 10 to 15 minutes from Dollywood. Stay was Good experience.

Nice midway hotel

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic!! The weather couldn't have been better!! There is a liquor store right across the street which was a huge plus for my group. It is a little bit of a walk from all the shopping and touristy stuff but it was still a very easy walk.

Great location & great price

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Location, view of the river, clean room, friendly staff
Cons: The elevator was pretty old and kinda slow. Mirrors for the parking garage so you can see if another car is coming around the corner.
Location: Ripley aquarium, 4 moonshine distilleries, tramway, put-puts, and tons of shops and resturants to name a few
The hotel was a great find. The price was perfect, much cheaper then other larger hotels but just as nice. Free breakfast, the pool, and workout room nice ammenties. The room was clean and the view of the river was beautiful!! Each room has a belcony. The location was perfect!! It's with in walking distance to all the attractions and popular restaurants. This is a huge money saver as parking is not free at many of he lots on the main road where attractions are. Bonus, it's very close to the trolley stop if you don't want to walk! There are some things that need some improvement. The elevator was small, old, and really hot. But we used it maybe 3 times a day. Also there is an underground parking area that could use some mirrors so a car can see if another car is coming. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any couple or family planning a trip.
