It was okayPosted Sep 29, 2015
Walkable distance to downtown. Limited breakfast options. Bathroom was too small. Limited indoor parking. Price was too high for the given facilities.

OK for the price.Posted Sep 27, 2015
Pros: Location, front desk staff.
Cons: Breakfast, coffee and cleanliness.
Location: Walked to restaurants, shopping and moonshine! Very easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Good location, walk-able to downtown Gatlinburg. Liked the view of the river from our balcony. Room could have been cleaner, food was left in the freezer. Breakfast could have had more healthy choices, possibly an oatmeal bar, more fruit and yogurt. Really didn't like the coffee. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Great place to stayPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: The view from the balcony, the convenience to attractions. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Cons: My only suggestion would be to have bacon along with the sausage for breakfast.
We had a wonderful stay. Our room was cleaned every day, and it was easy to get in and out of the parking area.

Vacation in GatlinburgPosted Sep 16, 2015
Location: Lots of shopping and good food nearby,
Rooms was very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of river from balcony. Fireplace was a surprise. A little noisy from road traffic but not bad. Walk to shopping was a little far but good exercise. Had a great time with above average accommodations.

Vacation SpotPosted Sep 16, 2015
Pros: Excellent breakfast bar.
Cons: Insulation to cut down on the noise.
Location: Most attractions are within walking distance.
Good location to Gatlinburg attractions as it is within walking distance. Located on main highway thru town and the noise makes it hard to get a good nights rest.

Everything we needed!Posted Sep 14, 2015
We booked the king jacuzzi suite and loved it! The bed was a little firm but comfortable, the jacuzzi and fireplace was amazing and so romantic! We also had a gorgeous view of the creek from the balcony. And this hotel is just a short drive to all the shops in Gatlinburg. You could easily catch the trolly or walk if you're feeling energetic ( it's 0.7 miles to the shops and Riplies Aquarium). We loved it and enjoyed our anniversary weekend stay at this hotel very much!
