Cons: Tub drain too slow, water Ankle deep by time shower done. Bed too high, could barely get in and out
Wouldn't take Expedia reservation, had to pay twice

Outside of pigeon forge craziness, nice little town and hotel. The shower could have been water pressure but besides that no complaints! Love the chairs outside the rooms

Good location but noisy

Pros: The room was nice and clean. Good location Easy check in and check out
Cons: Noise proofing , Keep a closer check on the food bar so you don't run out of food.
Location: Good places to eat .
Barking dog in room next to us. Could hear TV in next room. People talking outside . TV was not working but they did get it working but the remote did not work well. The breakfast food was good but ran out of Biscuits . Took a while to replace them but I had finished by then. Have stayed there a couple times before and had no problems . will have to think twice before staying again.

Who is in charge or where's the meat?

At check in, we were promised a hot breakfast before our excursion the following morning and were greatly disappointed to find the lobby area totally absent of personnel of any sort and no one in charge at the front desk and nothing ready to eat. So we started our day with nothing to eat as the local eateries were not open yet either. What a disappointment!
