This Hotel has all the amenities you can expect from Clarion Hotels. They serve a full breakfast every morning, the staff is always willing to serve you and make you feel like at home, and finally it's in the main road with easy access and parking.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some fixing up. The extra $15 fee is ridiculous, the rate itself was fine and there are really no "extras" that should justify the extra charge.

Management staff needs training

Pros: Location and some amenities
Cons: Management training as mentined above and some minor cosmtic improvments to the property
Night desk manager was disrepectful to various guests in her repsonses and candor. Senior management needs to address this issue quickly as various issues occurred both nights during our stay(same night manager). Recomment that management listens to guests concerns fully and then helps to find a solution to the guests issue. Confrontational repsonses complicate the matter by telling the guests they are "wrong" and further explaining that 'they are doing something wrong".

Nice Hotel

Nice place to stay would have been great but the heated pool was ice cold. Kids were disappointed because they could swim.
