We stayed there for a business trip for 1 night and it was quite comfey. It was on the river, and close to dollywood and attractions.

Very nice for the money, great staff.

Posted Jan 28, 2016
Pros: conveniently located, clean accommodations, friendly staff.
Cons: Wifi was buggy. Probably just need to bounce the routers periodically.
Location: A great location at the end of Pigeon Forge with easy access to Gatlinburg.
We will definitely stay here again. The accommodations were roomy and clean, and the setting next to the river was very lovely and peaceful. The kids loved the outdoor space and especially the river.... and easy access to the Krispy Kreme about a block away. We usually stay in Gatlinburg, but I'm glad we tried the Creekstone Inn.

Amazing staff

Posted Jan 19, 2016
The staff is amazing. We had a quick check in, both staff members were super nice, courtesy call once settled in, and fast friendly check out. It was a great experience and a nice overall stay. I have already recommended this place to family and would eagerly stay again.

Comfortable hotel in Pigeon Forge.

Posted Jan 14, 2016
Pros: I like the way the beds are separated into two individual spaces within the room. And I like the seeing the ducks in the creek below the balcony.
Cons: Replace the plastic toilet seat!
Location: Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
This was my third stay at Creekstone. Rooms are not huge, but comfortable enough for a few nights' stay. Good value for the price. This visit was New Year's Eve, and we really wanted to get away from the neighbors shooting fireworks at midnight (we prefer to sleep!). We did get a treat and were able to view Dollywood's evening fireworks right from our room.

nice hotel close to parkway

Posted Jan 4, 2016
Pros: jetted tub and river view
Cons: insulate the floor on the second floor or do something to heat the floor
very nice hotel...stayed on the second floor...floor was cold due to being the roof of the first floor garage....would advise using the third floor and up during the cold months....nice jetted tub

Great Hotel beside mountain stream

Posted Jan 2, 2016
Pros: So clean
Location: Right in Pigeon Forge with all of the action and entertainment, but one block off of the Main Street.
I love that Creekstone Inn is beside the water, it is one block off of the Main Street. Everything is clean, well kept and very fresh smelling. The staff is so friendly. There is a balcony over the water with rocking chairs. Thanks Creekstone Inn.

Nice location and view

Posted Dec 31, 2015
Pros: The location and the views and the balcony. I liked the staff - friendly and polite. Nice Breakfast.
Cons: Renovation of the bathrooms and carpet.
Location: We visited a lot of attraction in Pigeon Forge, everything is very close.
Nice staff and breakfast. Good location, right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg
