To begin with Expedia told us we would have a us

Posted Apr 14, 2017
The floors were dirty, my feet were black, couldn't get the shower to turn on, it was really hard to turn on we finally got it to turn on. The bathroom is so small that your elbows touch the wall. And I believe you could have put your feet in the tub while you were sitting on the commode. This would not be my first choice of a place to stay, even though it was recommended to me by my son.

Gorgeous views, close to town

Posted Mar 14, 2017
It was absolutely beautiful! We only stayed one night so we can head to nashville and believe me I would of chosen Gatlinburg for the rest of my days here in tennessee. The view was absolutely beautiful, 5 minutes from town, parking was convenient and the place was clean. There are a few nicks and cracks here and there but it still was very comfy, clean and beautiful. I WILL BE BACK!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The lady who helped with breakfast was the icing on the cake! She treated our family like family and it was amazing!

Wonderful as always. Love this hotel. Love the balcony with the views of the river. Can't beat it for the price.

Nightmare Days INN--Don't waste your money

Posted Dec 1, 2016 on Hotels
This property is tear down property. We arrive late around 11pm. Office was closed we found the Guy near another motel. Seems Like a single person who owns this property also own another property nearby using same poor receptionist at both location. Room entrance is from outside, so enjoy the cold weather all the time. Bathroom door lock was not working plus heater of the room was not working and fix at standard 65 or 68 degree. Room are very small you can hear anything and everything of your left and right neighbors. Room furniture is very very old and broken seems like picked from garage sale. Last but not the least Breakfast is next to nothing. few stuff and very limited seating. I don't know how Days Inn allowed them to use their logo. Over prized.

Hello, We appreciate you staying with us during your trip and are sorry to hear of your unsatisfied stay. The hotel used to be under one name and we franchised the back building into a Days Inn, while keeping the same staff. We are currently renovating the hotel and working on various improvements. We do appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon to redeem ourselves.

Nice except for noisy of high school seniors who were running up and down hallway and between the rooms they had reserved in between our 4 reserved rooms on Friday evening and Saturday evening. Not nice, no respect for others staying there. They put the bucket of wood in front of room 417 making it hard for my daughter to exit the room Sunday morning. Could have possibly been a fire hazard had their been an emergency. They also left a smoldering cigarette on the balcony Saturday morning.

Nothing like the pictures online.

Posted Nov 24, 2016
Pros: I cant think of anything I liked bout the hotel, except the price. So, cheap price equals cheap hotel. So disatisfied was nothing like the pictures
Cons: Everything could be improved, it needs updating and just a good overall cleaning. The kitchen floors was so slick, almost fell down.I guess they waxed
Location: The location was fine, we shopped, and the Christmas decorations were excellent in town. Although, I did not like the sidewalks, very uneven.
First off, I didn't get the ground floor I requested, had to go up in elevator, then two handicapped ramps, I was on walker, so very difficult. I requested the handicapped room, not nearly as much room as other handicapped hotels, the bathroom was ok, but the toilet was very wobbly. I requested them to come fix it, he came, but still no good ...the bathroom tile was uneven, had some places that was dangerous, could trip u up easily. They left us 2 wash cloths for 4 people, I asked for 4 for the next day, still only got 2. And then, had to kill a bug on the ceiling, yuck. And of course beds were not good, but that's likely in every hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke, no meats, didn't even see eggs. The coffee was horrible, way too strong and bitter. The floor was so slick, almost fell down with my walker, very dangerous, too much wax I guess.
