Dissatisfied customer

Pros: only the location
Cons: Just about everything, especially housekeeping & cleaning
Location: next to Dixie Stampede, and near to shopping and other attractions/restaurants
Shower/Tub was nasty; Floors dirty; fridge mildewed on seal, and frozen over with old food left inside it; phone didn't work; weather stripping gone from bottom of entrance door leaving a gap large enough for small critters to crawl under (such as mice/snakes...); carpet dirty; someone other than ourselves had a key to our room and tried to enter at 3:00 am but ran away when my husband yelled out at him; amenities were falsely advertised on the website (i.e.. pool was closed for unsanitary health reasons, "full breakfast" was actually just 'continental' breakfast,, and not much of it,.....) 'Made a mistake trying to book a cheaper room...I will not stay at a Days Inn ever again, period!

Terrible

Pros: Location
I've never left a hotel review until now. I booked a double - queen non-smoking room, which wasn't available when I arrived. I was offered a room with a single king bed or a refund. Not sure if it was the fault of Expedia or the hotel and given the fact that everything else in the area was booked, I kept the reservation. The room was the nastiest I've ever been in. For the price I can deal with the room/hotel being outdated as we aren't in the room that much anyhow. The filth was inexcusable. I killed seven spiders (of course there were plenty of cobwebs) and the bathroom shower curtain didn't appear to have been changed in ages. There's no need for me to go into a bunch of detail; the pics will speak for themselves. Oh, the pool wasn't available either.

Pool was closed and we booked 2 beds 1st floor and got 1 bed 3rd floor.

The only "pro" to this hotel is location.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is walking distance to Dixie Stampede and a five minute drive to Dollywood. The rooms are nasty and the staff are very rude.

Nasty

The place is a mess there was mold in the bathroom. The microwave was dirty.The room smelled bad .and it hasn't been vacuumed for along time will not stay at another days inn .

Not worth staying

Bathroom dirty, broken toilet, WiFi never worked inside the room. Hotel looks run down, needs repairs. Will not stay here again.

Rooms were unacceptable.

Rooms were hot, air was frozen not working properly, no towels, we had 4 ppl on had 3 towels, called frt desk ask them to provide more towels that never happened. We were told before booking the room they serve hot breakfast it was centennial. We were told they had free wifi it never worked and they said we will reset router but it never worked. I am asking for a complete refund for this experience. I paid my honest hardworking money for a double room w wifi, hot breakfast, working air and the necessities to have a nice stay that was destroyed and because we had tickets to the Dixie stampede and tickets to Dollywood, we did not get a refund or find another hotel. Days Inn usually has great rooms, this hotel is in bad need of new employees and management. Thank you
