Weekend Get Away

Pros: The breakfast was simple but tasty; coffee was nice and hot in 14 degree weather! Rooms were clean. convenient
Location: Dollywood, restaurants, shopping
We came to Pigeon Forge for a quick weekend for my husband's birthday. We did not want to spend the extra on a resort for a quick weekend so we booked this hotel. It is not a 4 star facility, but is comfortable and clean. It is very close to every place we wanted to go, so we were satisfied. This was our first experience in the area.

good location but very noisy

Location: good location
the bed was old and hard bathroom small and dirty very noisy and internet would not work and services man couldn't fix it . will not stay there again .

wonderful stay

Our room was very clean and the bed slept wonderful! It has easy access to get to the main road! We will definitely stay again!

Terrible Room

Pros: Nothing good can be said
Cons: Renovate and clean the rooms. The old dirty carpet needs to go.
Location: The location is fine as it is right off of the main street through Pigeon Forge.
We received a handicapped room since we "booked online through Expedia and this was a busy weekend" although we had booked nearly a week in advance. We were in an old non-renovated room that smelled very musty. The bathroom floor was very sticky and had not been mopped since the last occupants. The bathroom mirror was not clean and the overall room looked to be in poor disrepair and not clean. The heating/ac was so old non-digital and didn't work well. We were uncomfortable all night. The carpet and decor looks like it has not been changed since it was originally built. The carpet needs to be cleaned. I got sick from allergies after staying there due to the dirty carpet. The pictures are very misleading that are on the website. I would not ever stay here again.

nice stay busy weekend

Location: close to a lot of attractions
lot of foot traffic all night from people going outside to smoke but all in all ok may need to consider having a warm smoking room so they could smoke cough and gag where no one else could hear them. i know this is a problem everywhere you can please some of the people all of the time all of the people some of the time but never please all the people all the time as ole Abe would say happy holidays to you and yours

Dingy, dirty, in inspiring.

Our first impression seeing the place was just, "eww!" Whole complex and rooms are poorly lit, with dingy dark mustard colored paint. Air conditioning/ heating unit vents covered in grime. The room smelled of "dirty dust." We had to buy febreeze to spray on carpet and curtains. Walls are thin, we could hear crying baby and loud television volumes through our wall. Not to mention racing/revving go-karts directly across our parking lot. Also, our door-keys failed to work on 4 different occasions. Had to keep going to service desk to reprogram. Frustrating! Hotel was centrally located to all venues and price was $80 per night. It's not too much to ask for a clean and fresh-smelling room is it? Won't stay there again.

Great Location

Front desk workers helped us a lot as we got locked out of our room twice. The breakfast workers were grumpy but did their job. The best part is the location as this hotel is central to most of Pigeon Forge. We walked all of the places we needed to go other than our trip to Gatlinburg which is just 15 minutes down the road.

Cheap, Relatively good location, Bugs...

The hotel was basic but we already knew that from the price. Fairly noisy as it's just off the parkway - again something I can deal with. However whilst sitting in the bath after a long day I see a cockroach climbing up the side of the tub. Later on sat on the sofa I had two ants crawling over me. Not a level of cleanliness that should be acceptable in this day and age.
