Hotel Stay

Location: Right on the strip of parkway, walking to many shops, food and more.
The rooms could use some updating, old style should match the pictures they post on site. Staff was friendly, room was fine didn't stay in them but to sleep. Would stay again.

Good place for a good price

Staff was very friendly. Room was ready when we checked in 40 minutes early. Stayed two nights. Great location. Walking distance to many things to do including JT Hannahs Kitchen, which is excellent food and drink at very affordable prices. Only problem was the young guy that cleaned our room on our second day didnt do much. He replaced the used toiletries, emptied trash, and replaced used towels, but made up the bed without changing sheets. All in all it was well worth the price and we would probably stay again.

Good cheap hotel

I was kind of nervous when I booked this hotel for our weekend getaway. But it was close to everything! Clean, quiet, and the staff was nice. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Horrible Experience!

Cons: Give people refunds when they are due.
Location: resort area
When I checked in the hotel, the Male clerk was not friendly. I had reservations for 3 nights. On the second night I got sick, so I checked out the next morning(a day early). The 2 women clerks( Housekeepers) would not credit my account, said I had already been charged on my credit card and would not give me a receipt. I have called the hotel , and yelled at by the evening female clerk. I have contacted Expedia,who is supposed to research it, and I have disputed the amount on my charge card. Alot of road noise in the rooms.

OK hotel in the middle of everything

Pros: Location. Staff was very polite.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Location is the best part. This is in the middle of the Pigeon Forge Parkway, so you can get anywhere on the strip within minutes.
Hotel staff was polite, room was what you'd expect of a Days Inn, it was clean, beds were comfy enough to not have trouble sleeping, sheets just on the scratchy side. Breakfast was horrible. The lady working the breakfast area was sweet, but the eggs had cheese melted into them and they looked crusty. They had mini bisuits to go with the gravy which were hard as rocks. The gravy was runny had had very little flavor.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The location was great - easy to get in and out in traffic. The room was clean. I would stay here again.

Excellent!!

Pros: Location, breakfast on-site, close to lots of things, trolley stop right outside door.
Cons: I don't think so.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, trolley stop.
Excellent staff. Clean room. Great breakfast. Close to shopping and trolley stop. Coffee in room. Hair dryer in room. Iron and ironing board in room. Lots of room. Totally excellent experience.

Right in the center of town.

The hotel was ok for what I paid wanted something cheap and it was. You get what you pay for. Over all it was good. The stuff was great !!

Our room was clean. Front desk staff was very rude when I went to check in 30 minutes after check-in time. She informed me that our room had not been cleaned and it would be another hour or so before we could check in. I work at a resort and it doesn't matter if a guest has a late check out the rooms must be cleaned by check in time. She never apologized for having us wait when I went back in to try and check in again.

We make sure all rooms are clean before check-in time at 3:00 PM. There are times we have to ask the guest to check back with us for their room status when they want to check-in early. Even at those times, we try our best not to send any guest back by moving them to a clean room of the same room type, if available. Apologize this happened, we will ensure this is never repeated.
