We have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past few months, we stay there when my sister has to go to doctor appointments in Knoxville. It is very convenient and we prefer staying before appointments and we are only 20 minutes from the Doctors office. Super nice staff and it is always clean.

I love the friendly stafffs and the room is very pretty and clean. The shower is nice . The price is very cheap. We will stay at this hotel again next time.

The property is in a great location surrounded by a lot of options for shopping and dining. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. On Expedia it mentioned check in being at 4 but we were able to check in earlier. For the price this is a really great place to stay if you are staying one or two nights.

I liked that it was easy to park close to food and shopping walking really i didn’t like the room itself the bathtub was dirty and the beds hadn’t been clean out socks were very first after walking in the room

The property had black mold growing in the bathroom. Staff was extremely rude when we brought it to their attention. I would not recommend for anyone.

The lady at check in was super nice. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean yet cold when I walked in. Didn’t take long to heat it up so won’t count that against them. Would definitely stay here.

The property and hotel were great. Very clean and up to date. But do not stay in room 101. It's next to an exit and people were going in and out half the night and the door, even the room doors slam shut and are really loud. Room 101 is next to a stair case and people were running up and down half the night and you can very loudly hear every step. Walls are thin. You can hear people talking next door like they were in the room with you. Upstairs sounded like an elephant skipping rope.

Not bad for a quick stay
Hotel was clean but the room was tiny. That's okay, I just wasn't expecting it to be so small. Walls are also very thin, and we had an adjoining room and we had to ask the other room to quiet down. They weren't even being that loud, but thin walls and very thin doors. Breakfast was fine but overcrowded and challenging to make it through.

Nice area next to the main road. Got cracker barrell right beside ya and Kroger and Publix are close too. Overall very clean and quiet.

We paid for 5 nights and left after 4 and forfeited the expense. Our room was never swept or cleaned during our stay. Trash and towels were serviced every other day. The noise from the adjoining room began at 3:30 am and continued through the day making it impossible to sleep. After 12 hours of frustration we decided to check out a day early and drive 500 miles home. Over the years we have stayed here and found it enjoyable. Since it has changed ownership it’s not worth coming back. We will stay elsewhere in the future.

I have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always very friendly. Typically the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I guess I got a bad room this time though because my bed was very uncomfortable and it definitely was not a queen size, it was a pair of full size beds. and they were both extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on box springs. In addition to that, the sheets had stains and made me itch every night. I did not feel like they had been cleaned since the last guest was there and they were not good quality sheets at all. There were several other minor cleaning issues but the mini fridge was the most bothersome thing. It was leaking water onto the floor so everytime we got back to the room there was a puddle of standing water. It just was not a good room, although I have had good rooms there, this entire stay and the room itself was just not good. I don’t think I would stay here again after this experience and I certainly wouldn’t have booked here again if this had been my room the first time I has stayed here.

Very clean, modern and surprisingly affordable. Special thanks to RAYMOND at front desk on the day. Our night clerk was obviously wishing she was somewhere else but....some folks just aren't blessed with social skills. 🙄 Will seek out this hotel everytime im in the area.
