Upon arrival

Front desk employees upon arrival was not pleasant or friendly comes to l find out the room did not have refrigerators or microwaves you don't get those unless you upgrade to a suite and then You get a refrigerator no thanks but can say the cleaning personnel was very pleasant and very friendly enjoyed talking to them breakfast bar room was very small and overcrowded and Wi-Fi had very poor reception

Nice Hotel Close to Shops

Cons: Paint choices in the room and more décor. Many walls were bare.
Location: There is a zip-line across from the hotel in fenced in area. Looked fun. Shops and outlet mall right across the street. Restaurant behind the hotel.
Nice clean hotel that recently went through major renovations. It's super quiet and close to many shops.

Always a dependable pleasant experience. We've stayed here for many years for an event each September we enjoy. Good location, clean hotel, good breakfast experience as well.

Close to the outlet mall and attractions.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Family friendly rooms with mini refrigerators for travelers with small kids.
Location: Very close to the outlet mall, minigolf , restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge.
Great service and hot breakfast. Clean but small rooms without mini refrigerator or microwave.

A nice place to arrive to after 7 hours of driving to get some rest before hitting the trails in the morning. Breakfast gave us the added boost

Good location but ...

Not enough tables and space for take breakfast. Everyday we have to wait to get seat. Almost 20 seats for all the guest. It is not acceptable for a Marriott hotel. The main door doesn't open automatically and it's a big problem for handicaps and guest with few language.

Nice hotel, great breakfast and location. Had a small bathroom and the sink wasn't in the bathroom.
