Southern hospitality, everyone was so friendly. Room was large, but outdated. Loved the fire place and balcony. Beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel is very outdated. They keep it very clean but it needs a full renovation. Staff is very friendly and the little restaurant is good but has limited choices. The indoor pool is nice but in need of a face lift as the rest of the property. Beds were comfortable, bathroom tiny but clean and maintained.

Finding a suitable place to park can be hectic, but my overall experience was great. A very convenient location for a short walk to all the local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast is provided, but you’re better off walking down the street for something to eat. Overall, I would stay here again.

We loved the indoor pool with the waterfall. We also love that it’s close to downtown. We walked down to the shops and restaurants. There are several ways around all of the traffic. Staff was very polite. We were able to add additional nights. This was our second stay here.

This property was just what we wanted! We could easily walk to the strip and walk around. Nice pool for the kids to play in. Hot tub as well which was nice but sometimes over loaded with kids. We will definitely be back.

The property was clean and the staff were super nice and helpful. Only downfall is there is only one elevator and the beds are a little hard. Other then that, it was excellent.

We had a great time at this hotel! The kids loved the pool area. There was a 1ft part where my youngest was able to play in. There is a trolley stop right outside we were able to hop on. Very nice front desk. We will definitely return!

Overpriced. The lobby is beautiful and renovated, but the rooms are outdated. It's very disappointing how dirty the room was, it was very dusty, there was food left on the room carpet, and the fridge was dirty too. I had to use disinfecting wipes because it felt extremely unpleasant. Staying in the room felt like a cheap motel, to be honest. I only gave it 2 stars because of the location, the indoor swimming pool (don't fall for it) and the mattress was very comfortable. But these are not reasons that would make me come back. For the price I expected something much better and clean!

Walking in to the lobby is very welcoming. The pool area is located right off the main lobby area as well. The pool area is pretty noisy but we could not hear it from our exterior room. The walls in the rooms however are paper thin and this place is VERY kid friendly. We could hear the children in other rooms pretty easily but nothing too bothersome until the last night when the neighboring children were up yelling until past midnight. The location is pretty far up from right in Gatlinburg but it was not an unbearable walk. It took about 20-30 mins to get to the aquarium and anakeesta. We rode the trolley a few times and a stop very conveniently located right outside the hotel! There is also a restaurant located in the lobby which was nice after our first day but the breakfast “buffet” is very overpriced.. it’s more like the continental breakfast from most other hotels. Overall, I would stay here again with children but not if it were an adults only trip.

The room is built weird. While the big mirror is beautiful the bathroom is a small space. My room was right next to the automatic doors so the sounds of the door opening and shutting was a constant sound. It was very noisy late at night. I could hear conversations right in front of my window and a man who could play the guitar really good. The bed gets two stars. While clean, it’s very uncomfortable, along with the pillows. Staff was amazing but I will not be back. I don’t understand how the lobby looks better than the rooms themselves.
