There is a ramp you have to go up to get to your room,they put us on the 3rd floor they are steep ramps and they are slick when it rains,I had my 83 yr old mom with me I asked for first floor they wouldnt accommodate so it was very hard for my mom so keep that in mind when renting a room there,the bedding is sketchy so take your own covers and they dont do housekeeping during your stay you have to go to front office and request items but do it befor the office closes for the evening,above the shower in the corner was a bunch of pubic hair this is in room 310 and the tub had a horrible ring round it,the least amount of cleaning are done in these rooms and it speaks for itsself and there was easter candy in the freezer that obviously wasnt ours.

Unfortunately, the condition of the inside of the room is really poor they need to update the rooms I took pictures because it was really bad it's quiet you sleep well but the room itself needs a lot of updates and a lot of work and he needs to be cleaned a little better

Surprisingly acceptable given the low low price. Very dated, next to loud go-karting (but you don’t really hear it in the room), and bathroom is not luxurious, but location is fantastic.

The saying goes, you get what you pay for. The convenience of location was great. Staff was nice. It was nice to have a ramp rather than stairs for the second floor. As for cleanliness, it was very poor. The bathroom floors were dirty, the toilet was lose as if it would fall over (we rented 2 rooms and both were same conditions including toilets), behind chair and under bed was dirty and had garbage wrappers from the stay before us. There was also quite a bit exposed wires by the internet Jack which could be a serious fire hazard since they were right behind/by the bed. There are no iron or iron boards, or blow dryers in the rooms so the amenities are wrong. It is what it is, we made it work but probably wouldn’t stay again. Just too dirty.

this was a great place to stay in while in Pigeon Forge! Met our needs for a place to sleep and shower after a full day of walking around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The beds were comfortable. The bath/shower didnt drain very well, but it served its purpose. Would definitely stay again

The room was very outdated and dirty. Dirty furniture with ripped fabric,dirty and unpainted walls, the very small shampoo had been used. Overall just very dirty for a hotel in the US

Called and requested first floor due to we are both handicapped and can barely walk let alone drag suitcases up ramps 2 or 3 floors. We were given 2nd floor room across a breezeway and down part way. We could hardly do it. I have COPD and the walking caused extreme distress. In addition have very bad back and knees. My hubby has Alzheimer’s and a Walker. Nothing about room is handicapped friendly

The office staff were very accommodating when I asked to switch to a room with a chair and ottoman because I am pregnant and unable to sleep in the bed due to horrible hip pain. He didn't hesitate to find a room for me to be comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a deluxe king room. The room was clean although the bathroom could use some updates. (The light switches were installed upside down so it was the reverse of what we expected to turn the lights on or off) The locks on the door were rather old and used a real key to open the door. We could see light coming in under the door. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked really good. The tv was nice with many stations. We never could figure out how to use the internet , we did not know where the code was to access the WiFi, they should have made that more clear at check in. They are short staffed and the lobby has limited staff hours. Overall, not a bad place, it just needs some improvements.

The room needs updating, some things need to be repaired. Carpet was old and worn. The bathroom was also old looking. Water pressure was very low. The locks on the door were poor and used a single key (not card key like most motels now use). Our stay was ok for the price we paid, but overall needs some improvements.

End of the year getaway,
This was our first stay at Green Valley. It is a little rustic and shows a little wear and tear, but any Hotel or Motel would if it wasn't remodeled every few months. Our room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a nice getaway. Didn't get an opportunity ro interact with personnel except check in and check out. Due to short help in the staff we picked up our towels at office each day, Rooms could stand a little touch up on a couple of things, but the carpet was clean and beds were comfortable and tv worked just fine, We will keep Green Valley in mind on our next trip.

The room we were assigned was very dirty, specifically the bathroom and sheets. It looked like the room had not been cleaned in days. In general the room was very deteriorated, broken furniture, worn or patched paint on the walls, rust stains on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hotel is listed as pet friendly, but it does not say in any of the available descriptions that they do not accept cats.

Nice place would not recommend
Condition of the Hotel, rooms and furniture is terrible. The staff are great and friendly, but this place needs a major over haul. Needs to be renovated inside and out.

We did enjoy our stay at the Green Valley motel. However we were disappointed with our bathroom in #103. The tub had what appeared to be black mold in the bottom of the tub & there was definitely black mold on the shower curtain. Also, please in stall a ceiling vent for that bathroom. Getting these thing's done would make a big difference!

The room smelled of dog urine. Had to get air freshener. Air/heat unit did not work properly. Wash cloths and towels did not seem fresh or clean. Money wise, value for conditions were right.

While tbe staff was super friendly and the price reasonable, the office was the only portion that was truly up to par. There were no bugs and the carpet and beds were indeed clean. But there were other things that showed how badly in need of repair this is. The parking is inadequate at best and the noise form the race track next door was excessive. It was fine for one night as a last minute thing with no other options..bu ti honestly wont do it again.
