The room needs a walk in shower rather than a tub that’s 1 1/2 ft tall to climb into in order to get to shower.

The whole stay was very nice and had very nice and great staff. What I didn’t like and was unsatisfied about is the beds where I have back problems the beds was extremely hard to sleep on felt like I was sleeping on plywood. But other than that it was great and I do recommend you all again and to anyone else as well. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We loved that it was in walking distance of the parkway but still away from the busy traffic. I will say the breakfast buffet was not up to par but it was nice having that option. We will definitely be staying here again!

We booked a room with a balcony and fireplace which was really nice. Room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower/on the shower curtain when we got there, and some of the towels looked dirty and also had hair on them. Most places are about a 10-15 minute walk so it’s convenient, and it has its own parking lot which is a nice plus.

This hotel is conveniently located. You can part at the hotel and walk pretty much wherever you need to go in town. Saves you from paying for parking! Pet friendly. Nice room. Our only complaint would be that the hot tub was warm, not hot and jets didn’t work.

It was a nice stay for 5 days. Clean and friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes from the strip. Steps from Ober and Sky ride . Very pleased😉

Room was clean and comfortable. Fireplace worked great.... almost too great since it got the room hot, quickly. Lobby has a big beautiful fireplace. Outside was in great shape. There was ample parking. Breakfast was convenient, but rather mediocre for the price.

When hotel is near capacity parking is tough. Bedding/linens are rough and poorly selected. A/C heat system slow to respond. Decent hotel. Great location.

Was a little let down by the room and facilities of the Hilton. It was just subpar for most of the Hiltons I have stayed in. There was a quick 2 minute walk to the strip for food and activities, which is what we wanted, but won't be staying in this hotel again.

This hotel is right in the heart of Gatlinburg everything is a walking distance from dinning options attractions and so many shops and activities as mini golfing. My only issue I would have is towards the 2nd night one of the elevators went out of order so we had one elevator for everyone for a few days and honestly trying to go up and down with kids and strollers took way too longer. Other than that everything was good.
