There was no hot water, we called reception and it took more than 30 minutes to send maintenance which made had to make them aware that it would delay our checkout time that was supposed to be 10am. The shower light does not work, seems the bulb may have been out, the soap dispenser in the shower was also empty.

Our stay was pleasant. We had an issue with our vehicles door. The maintenance man took the time to help us out. I think his name was Brian. Whenever we needed anything Dawn went above and beyond

I would definitely recommend staying again!
First time staying here. Overall loved the place! Only one concern, our was non-smoking and it smelled like smoke.

Staff was not friendly and one of the staff hung up on me and when i reported it to the manager, he told me the phone lines were down...the staff person purposely hung up on me because she initially was very rude

This property is in an excellent location, the strip is just a short walk away. Multiple restaurants, arcades, and shopping in walking distance. I loved the private balcony, it had a nice view of the mountain and the Space needle. There is a pretty big arcade at the space needle, lots of game options, and prize options, small cafe serving hand tossed pizza. The pizza was yummy! Great for kids and adults. The villa was awesome, we were in the one bedroom, 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Plenty of activities onsite, small arcade, Splash Hollow, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and indoor pool. The villas have full functioning kitchen with dinnerware for 4, dishwasher, toaster, full size fridge, pots, and pans. The only thing they didn't have that we needed was a pizza cutter, but we just used a knife. Every single person that we came in contact with was super friendly, and helpful. We actually ended up extending one more night because we were having so much fun, and Silver made the process smooth. All facilities were clean, and well maintained. They supplied coffee in the morning, and they had a hot chocolate bar set up one day. I read the reviews before booking and they mentioned pushy timeshare agents trying to sell timeshares. We did not encounter this. When we checked in a very pleasant lady offered us an opportunity to watch a presentation about a time share, which we declined. She was not pushy at all and wished us a wonderful vacation. Will stay again! (:

Great for families
This is a great family hotel close to everything. The only down side is the pool in with the waterslide was really cold. My kids were asking when we will come back before we even left! We were in a villa and had a nice view of the creek behind it.

Amazing location, walking distance to the main strip near shops, restaurants, bars and activities. Beautiful view of the mountains. We had 2 bedroom resort which was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Best stay ever
From the moment we walked in we were treated like family! The front counter as well as all the staff on property. If you want amazing views as well as 5 star service then look no further, all activities are within walking distance.

Overall very good but ran out of hot water once. Master vanity drains drained very slow. Minor paint touch up- was patched but not touched up with paint in master. Lower grout in mb shower tile mildewed

Website says pool is open until 11. Paid a tremendous amount more for this hotel so the kids could play at the waterpark. We were only staying 1 night. Checked in around 945 and were told pool closes at 10 they didnt care what the Website said. Rude! Reserved a suite. Opened the door to find trash in the foyer, the shower and tub fixtures were separated from the wall and the shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms. There wasn't any coffee in the room and I was informed any necessity we need I would have to purchase from their market. Also, the EV charging station in the parking garage didn't work. For almost $700 per night, after fees, I expected a lot more. I would not recommend this resort for the money they charge. I've stayed at a lot of nicer, more accommodating places for a lot less money.

It was okay
It was a decent facility. We picked this hotel because of the location to downtown. We were told there were shuttles to take us back and forth but we never saw them or a schedule and just walked. Upon arrival, it took 25 min to check in bc we were given the sales pitch to try to buy time share. The lady was very nice, but maybe new bc she scanned my card for incidentals several times, assured me that it only went through once, but I have 2 charges on my account. The room was fine, the zacuzzi did not work and there was very little hot water. The tv was outdated, but we didn’t come to watch tv so that was fine. We had no coffee, asked 3 times and never got any. They did bring extra towels but we didn’t need those. The older man at the front desk couldnt be bothered to even look up when we went to ask about coffee and activities. All in all, it was okay, just not exceptional for a short stay. We only went for a few days to get away for family time, and didn’t want to be haggled about time share.

The hotel is clean but there is a small pressure incentive to to take a tour for time share purchases but if you're angling for a discount or free shows and discounts then take the 90 minutes tour. But some of the facilities need a remodel and maybe some upgraded perks for the prices. But if space, cleanliness, and convenience is all you need then this it. Multiple bedrooms, kitchens, multiple baths, and within walking distance is great

Showed up very early and Dee took care of us in the front!! We didn't get the bunk bed room I promised the kids but also left the trip with no injuries so not a bad trade off. Perfect location where you can walk out room and be on the strip in minutes. The bird in the lobby was probably my highlight. Gatlinburg is becoming too touriste for us. Next year will be a cabin far away from the noise

Great family getaway
My husband and I took our daughters ranging from 3-13 everyone had a blast! The smaller girls loved the splash pad. The resort held a movie night with pop corn in the pool which everyone enjoyed. We were within walking distance to gatlinburg strip so we didnt have to pay to park and fight traffic.

The room was disgusting and smelled terrible. Actually, the the worst part was after having addressed my concerns immediately after check-in, management did not even try to make it right. Other than trying to cover up the odor, they did NOTHING about the condition and lack of cleanliness of our room.

Hotel is updated, very nice and great amenities but understaffed probably because everyone is sitting at home getting paid to do nothing rather than actually working. 2 room suites are very nice and cabinets being stocked was awesome and helpful. Text to check in was unnecessary in my eyes. The whole town is walking around without masks and crowding the sidewalks, why bother with the masks and social distancing practices.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Check in was a nightmare! 45 minute wait. Also, when we turned on the fireplace the whole room filled with a gas smell. We had them check it and they said, “nothing was wrong with it and that was normal.” The bathroom door was broken and the he shower faucet. They never came to fix it in the entire week we was there.

Villa room layout was nice. Found something on pillow in bedroom that was disgusting. Went to bed around 10 P.M. and heard every movement from the room above us and beside us
