Nice hotel in pegion forge

The breakfast wasn't as good as most I've had at Holiday Inn and hotel could use a renovation but it was clean.

Outdated but good

Good stay. Very outdated hotel, no usb chargers, electric plugs and etc. wifi was free and fast. Great personnel working

Very nice hotel for the price (off season)

Pros: The staff, cleanliness, and the breakfast. It was also in a good location.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
Location: Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Staff was excellent and helpful! Breakfast was one of the better ones for a similar hotel. The ice machine had a problem and leaked water into our room next to our bed. Because of this, we were upgraded to a very nice room (with fireplace!). We just expected to get another similar room, but were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade. We will definitely stay there on our next trip.

Bad Beds!

Hotel overall is good. However, on the first night our king bed was horrible. It sagged so bad in the middle it gave us both back aches. They moved us to another room with two queen beds that were better but still a little too soft.

Staying at holiday Inn express

The room was clen the staff was very helpful and very nice.I would definitely stay there again.the breakfast was very good also. I loved my stay there. I was not feeling well the last morning we were there and they were very nice about giving me the last night of our stay back so we could leave early
