Very nice hotel for the price (off season)

Pros: The staff, cleanliness, and the breakfast. It was also in a good location.
Cons: Cannot think of anything.
Location: Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Staff was excellent and helpful! Breakfast was one of the better ones for a similar hotel. The ice machine had a problem and leaked water into our room next to our bed. Because of this, we were upgraded to a very nice room (with fireplace!). We just expected to get another similar room, but were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade. We will definitely stay there on our next trip.

Staying at holiday Inn express

The room was clen the staff was very helpful and very nice.I would definitely stay there again.the breakfast was very good also. I loved my stay there. I was not feeling well the last morning we were there and they were very nice about giving me the last night of our stay back so we could leave early

breakfast in House

Pros: Good clean area , and located close to the area we spend most of our time.
Cons: just keep doing what your doing ,and people will be there, if the price stays with the others.
Location: all the shows , and not from Dollyworld.
The food was very good ,always warm and plenty for ever one, the Gals, that was taking care of the food always made sure that it was always plenty in the pans. But here is the problem they didnt have a can or bowel out saying they accepte TIPS,,,,,for there service .My wife & I, have always gave these Gals, a good tip. Setting there enjoying or breakfast we noticed there wasnt many couples leaving a tip .How sad . Mangement should see that there is notice out so people can see it. Thank You.

Staff was great. However the entire hotel needs a serious update. Carpet, furniture, drapes and bathrooms. Not the Holiday Inn Express I would have expected.

Great time in Pigeon Forge

We were on a spontaneous trip to Dollywood and booked this hotel at the last minute. This hotel was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the indoor pool and spa and were also grateful that the hotel was off the main strip and very quiet. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not what I expect from the Holliday Inn Express. Way over price. Next to a cementery. Dated. I don't recomend it.

Off the path but worth it

Last minute stay and was surprised great hotel. The bed was the best I have ever slept in. Breakfast was full course and excellent. Staff was awesome
