Great location and wonderful staff.

This hotel was perfect for our one-night stay. Several restaurants within walking distance. The Leconte Event Center is just a couple of blocks away as well. And the staff was just awesome; so friendly and knowledgeable.

older hotel in need of updated rooms

Posted Nov 6, 2016
Clean older hotel. Beds way too soft for comfort, looks like lobby was updated but my room on first floor was showing it's age around the edges. Wear and tear in bathroom, carpet and decor. Location is good

Glad I Stayed Only One Night

Posted Nov 2, 2016
Location: Next to a lot of things. So great location.
Biggest Issues: 1) I thought I booked with a breakfast included, but had to pay extra for breakfast. For nearly $200 a night and no free breakfast, I thought it this hotel was being cheap. 2) Only 1 thin curtain with holes for privacy. I was on the 1st floor, so it was just enough to block out the outside. Our curtain was ripped in several places too, as well as our bathroom door had the finish pulled apart and hanging off the door. 3) Toilet kept refilling the take every 5 minutes and was kind of loud when the water turned on. So there was a slow leak in the toilet refill tank 4) Walls were scuffed up and could see patches in the ceiling under the paint. However, the beds were comfortable and they did have free coffee on the first floor, but no hot water for the tea which I wanted first, then settled for coffee. Only stay here if you are getting a real good deal. Quality Inn was much better for the price, and had free breakfast. Never booking Holiday Inn Express again if I can help it. Overpriced and Overrated here at Pigeon Forge, TN.

Dear Anthony, Thank you for your comments. I am pleased to see that our location was a plus for you and I apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay as that is not up to our normal standards. As a Holiday Inn we do have a full service restaurant that is open for breakfast and dinner that also offers room service while the restaurant is open. Our sister brand the Holiday Inn Express offers the complimentary full breakfast in the mornings, but is only open for that breakfast. I have forwarded your comments regarding the condition issues you've mentioned to our members of management to be addressed appropriately. It also sounds as if the blackout curtains in your room may have been tucked a bit too far behind the decorative drapes that frame the window on either side which hang in front of the sheer curtains that flow across the windows. We do hope to have the chance to serve you again the next time you visit Pigeon Forge. Sincerely, Jennifer B. Assistant Guest Services Manager Holiday Inn Pigeon Forge

Nice enough hotel. Pretty basic for the price.

We added breakfast to our package mostly for convenience. We'd have been better off with skipping that and eating McDonald's!!

Very old rooms. Lobby nice. But rooms were shotty and poorly put together. Will not stay at again. I also paid for the nicest room they had.

Hotel in pigeon forge tn

Posted Oct 9, 2016
At first glance this hotel looks nice. Because I booked through Expedia it was hard to get any customer service from the hotel about my reservations. When we was going to our room the carpets in the hallways was stained real bad. Our rooms was clean for the most part but knowing the carpets was dirty made it feel kind of dirty. The beds was very uncomfortable. The double beds are very small. I will say it had really hot water and plenty of water pressure so that was good. I've stayed in a lot nicer hotels for the same price.

Great location!

Posted Oct 9, 2016
Pros: Indoor pool open until midnight, micro/keurig/fridge in room, kids eat free in restaurant w/adult, breakfast buffet was full of selections
Cons: I liked it all. This is a very nice hotel and I was pleased with all aspects of my visit.
Location: Dollywood, The Island, right behind Cheddar's, across the street from Race Track/arcade-plenty to do within walking distance!
