We are also delighted to hear that you experienced wonderful guest service by our front desk and breakfast staff.We were sold out over the Easter weekend so both our breakfast area would have been busy in the early morning, however, we regret if you were disturbed by the noise. The pool area is always popular and especially during sold-out weekends.

We regret that you had maintenance and housekeeping concerns during your 3-night stay but we note that none of this was brought to the attention of our staff, including the front desk. Did you know we have maintenance and housekeeping staff on-property until 10.30-11pm nightly? Our ownership and management recognize that our property needs revitalization and they are implementing an upgrade program, currently. We look forward to your return stay when the upgrades are completed.

Xizhi, our expedia profile page states that our check-in time is 4pm. Guests may try to check in before 4pm but it is not guaranteed that the room will be ready prior. We checked our records and could not find any complaint made about your room. We would have been happy to assist you if we had been made aware.

We regret that you didn't enjoy the pool area, Matthew. During busy periods like spring break, our seating in the breakfast and pool areas can become limited due to increased demand and the layout of these particular spaces.Due to the time change and it being lighter later in the evening, we have popcorn available until the second movie is over which is later than the usual 10pm finish time. Did you request front desk to make more popcorn for you? Our front desk agents are always happy to make popcorn for guests during movie nights.

We regret that you did not seem to enjoy your experience overall at the Ramsey, Judy. It's the busy spring break period and the pool area is very popular, particularly if it's raining outside. However, we have a lobby attendant who cleans the area regularly during the day and evening. When the pool area is especially busy, the attendant will wait until the pool area empties before cleaning up popcorn and towels. Given that we are an extremely busy hotel and convention center, we wash our carpets often to keep them as clean as possible. We did receive a report that there was an unpleasant odor on the third floor at the time of your stay and housekeeping and maintenance worked to remove it. We have noted the lobby music and breakfast issue and will pass this feedback on to management. Thank you for mentioning, Judy. She is a star!

We are also glad that you informed our front desk of the mold issue and they got you moved to a new room. We regret that you were also inconvenienced by other guests running on the halls although we did have security at night during your stay and we implement an 11pm noise curfew. We are disappointed that you have decided against recommending our property but you should know that we are undergoing upgrades currently which will enhance our accommodations in the future. It was a busy spring break weekend, for sure, Buddy, with some groups in-house. We have a lobby attendant during the morning and night, who maintains the lobby and pool areas. We regret that you felt compelled to pick up towels. Our front desk would have been happy to let our lobby attendant know about the towels and spilled popcorn.

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay. Yes, it was busy- it always is around the holidays. We do have a noise curfew nightly in place between 11pm and 7am and have security during extremely busy periods.

Rebecca, we regret that you didn't enjoy your stay at the Ramsey. We have current pictures of our property on Expedia, although Expedia is not our website - it is a third party website. Yes, the hot tub was down for emergency maintenance during your stay and we regret that you did not get to enjoy it. The pool is open 24/7. We are also having upgrades done throughout the property and we envision an even better Ramsey Hotel in the future. Regarding the trim and trash, I did check our records and could not find where you let us know about your wall trim, trashbag and noise concerns. It is normal to find trash bags outside rooms while housekeepers are cleaning rooms on our five floors and getting them ready for the next guest. These are outside the rooms for a limited time until they are brought outside for disposal. Yes, our hotel adjoins to our convention center. We regret the noise level was high but we do have a 11pm-7am noise curfew in place and we have security, also. We wish you all the best for your future travels, Rebecca.
