Very nice

Pros: The rooms was a quiet.
Cons: I think the place should give complementary breakfast. but other than that it a nice place to stay.
Location: This hotel behind Cheddar's. Lots to do and see, the Comic Barn, shops, music shows, games, rides and more. Hotel had a pool. lots of fun.
We had a great time and our stay was very. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff were really nice and the breakfast was great and worth the price ! We weren't at the hotel much but it was nice and suited our family for the time there.

My vacation to Tenn

Pros: We had to change our room due to the air conditioner did not work. New room was no better
Cons: Air conditioners
Location: Plenty of good places to eat and many places to see
We like the fact that the hotels was not one the main road. It made for a very quit stay.

Pros: staff courteous and friendly. Always a "hello" or greeting.
Location: jam packed full of things to do.....as a senior I certainly appreciated the trolley service!!
very pleasant. would stay there again! It's close to dining and shops.

Rooms falling apart

Our room was falling apart. Part of the bathroom door was missing, the light fixtures on the wall were almost falling off, and the bathroom was disgusting. Foot prints in shower that were stained on. Disgusting. And Outlets on the wall falling off.

Pros: Indoor Pool, Restaurant inside hotel, Provided Pool towels at front desk, and Ice for coolers. Close to Dixie Stampede, and Dollywood, and water park.
Cons: The smell of burnt oil outside near the left side of the entrance. More valet carts for luggage. A discount on breakfast for guests.
We stayed two nights and ate breakfasts' in the hotel. We went to the Dixie Stampede our first night, and Dollywood the next moring, and relaxed at the indoor pool and Jacuzzi afterwards.

It's fine (but should be a lot better)

Didn't have the best experience in this hotel. This is my 4th time visiting the area and was really wonderful to be so central but didn't love this hotel. Adam, the manager on duty was very huffy about accommodating a normal request of mine during check in and complained more than once about the computer he was using. It's not a huge deal but unprofessional and unfriendly for a first impression. The room was in fine shape but rough around the edges. Wallpaper peeling, hardware from art on the walls but no actual artwork. We made the mistake of having the do not disturb sign on the door on our first morning and because of that did not receive a visit from housekeeping during our stay. It's only available in the mornings. Sleep was very restless because of the awful pillows. Very limp and thin. Not good for me personally. Hats off though to the free wifi - it was great and we really appreciated the cable and channel guide to the TV. Pros: Location, Internet Cons: Customer Service, niceties
