My vacation to Tenn

Posted Jul 23, 2016
Pros: We had to change our room due to the air conditioner did not work. New room was no better
Cons: Air conditioners
Location: Plenty of good places to eat and many places to see
We like the fact that the hotels was not one the main road. It made for a very quit stay.

Rooms falling apart

Posted Jul 4, 2016
Our room was falling apart. Part of the bathroom door was missing, the light fixtures on the wall were almost falling off, and the bathroom was disgusting. Foot prints in shower that were stained on. Disgusting. And Outlets on the wall falling off.

Will return

Posted Jun 25, 2016
Pros: Indoor Pool, Restaurant inside hotel, Provided Pool towels at front desk, and Ice for coolers. Close to Dixie Stampede, and Dollywood, and water park.
Cons: The smell of burnt oil outside near the left side of the entrance. More valet carts for luggage. A discount on breakfast for guests.
We stayed two nights and ate breakfasts' in the hotel. We went to the Dixie Stampede our first night, and Dollywood the next moring, and relaxed at the indoor pool and Jacuzzi afterwards.

High Price Low Quality

Posted Apr 19, 2016 on Hotels
First room was dirty, run down and the shower dripped. They moved us to another room that was somewhat better but the mattress was worn out and we asked for a replacement. The windows had rust around them and the light blocking shade had holes in it. The bathroom had no fan, the lighting was poor at best and the shower was "spongy" when you stepped into it. The furniture has nicks and dings, very poor for a $200.00 a night room.

Multiple stays at this hotel for a couple years

Posted Apr 13, 2016 on Orbitz
Pros: Nice staff and cozy lobby
Cons: New beds
Location: This hotel is located perfectly by the convention center. There are several places to eat nearby. Right in the heart of all the Pigeon Forge.
I travel to Pigeon Forge twice a year for work. I have always stayed at this hotel because it is located right by the convention center and has always been nice and cozy. I have noticed though the last couple times that the beds are getting more and more uncomfortable. I am not sure why but this last time it felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of plywood. My air unit was acting up as well. I had to turn it off and back on to get it to work. Could just have been my room but I don't know if I will be staying here anymore. I might venture out to another hotel. Staff is always nice and the food was good from room service the one time I had it.

Air conditioner did not work. Rooms we clean but dated. Ended up with a handicap room which we were not aware of until after we were in. I really think the staff should let you know that up front not find out after. Had coffee in the room but no cups to drink out of.
