Nice Hotel

Pros: The location
Cons: Nothing
Location: The hotel is minutes away from Gatlinburg to ski. Plenty of restaurants are nearby along with go-carts, miniature golf & indoor skydiving.
The hotel was in a good location. Since the weather was much warmer for February, there was plenty of vacancies. The breakfast was okay, but we were unable to get the breakfast bar since there was low attendance.

Shower sounded like a freight train. Room was not cleaned. When I spoke to the front desk they didn't seem to care! Location was great hotel was nice just should have fixed issues and rating would be better. Be careful it says it comes with breakfast. Stayed 3 nights 4 days 4 people only received 6 coupons. They said that is how I booked it. Don't remember that being an option!!!

Clean and working, needs update!

Everything worked and room was clean. The lobby is still very nice but the rooms and the hallways are getting dated and need some upgrading. Didn't have many places to plug in phones or other devices.

Hotel lobby is beautiful and inviting with fireplaces and sitting areas. Restaurant available breakfast,lunch and dinner. Down side to breakfast was that if people are slow to come they stop the buffet. My family went at 9:30am and the waitress told us they had just threw everything out because of being a slow morning. Location is great so we found another breakfast spot. 1st room we had the floor was soaking wet from the heat/air unit which had caused the room to have a horrible musty odor. Management changed our room with no issue. Rest of our stay was good.

Hotel was clean but rooms are dated carpets are stained and worn looking

Great location for other attractions.

Pros: Very clean place.
Cons: Breakfast was very tasting, few people in diner waited almost 45 minutes to 1 hour for their meal.
Great location for other attractions, Between Sieverville and Gatlingburg, where you could find more attractions to see.

We stayed one night after a long day at Dollywood. The hotel is convenient to attractions.
