When we entered our room, we noticed there was only one bath towel and no hand towel. We asked for another towel for showering and were given a little pool towel as they were out of towels. Also, noticed there weren't any blankets on the beds, only two top sheets on each bed for warmth. Asked the front desk for blankets and they said they were out, but we should check back in the morning. There were coffee packets in the room, but no coffee maker. The sign said free breakfast- it was free, but the only thing on the menu was make your own waffle, coffee, and juice. The price was good, but you sure get what you pay for!

There nothing to like about this property. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty with cigarette ashes on them. The bathroom had a dirty cotton ball on the shower, plastic wrap from the soap, the sink was clogged, I went to let the front desk lady twice about it. The microwave was filthy. Apparently housekeeper didn’t had enough time to clean or didn’t wanted to clean the room. And to top it all off, the trash can from the bathroom had poop on it, and the trash bag eas put over it. I noticed it 2 days after my stayed, when I took the trash out. I didn’t spend that much time in the room so there was no trash. But they can do better. If it wasn’t for another housekeeper that cleaned my room, I would’ve been sleeping in a dirty room.

Non heated “indoor” pool, no working ice machine, only one day of breakfast, my room had spilled milk from the previous person in the fridge, had old meals in the fridge, and no towels! Still waiting on my refund after a month!!!!

Upon arrival the attendent wasn't at the desk. As I walked down the hall I noticed she was in the laundry room bring someone's hair. Finally got our room to notice that the room was dirty, the cover had what looked to be blood on it, the floor was super Sticky, and they only have us 2 towels for a family of 5. Stayed the 1st night as it was late. But by morning we was out of there. The whole experience was unprofessional.

Let’s just say we had booked to stay at the property for three nights, but ended up only staying one night and didn’t want to sleep there that one night! After driving 3 1/2 almost 4 hours we get there and the two rooms that were booked was not even ready so we had to wait another hour before we could check in. Mind you we arrived after check-in time which was supposed to be 4 PM. The rooms were nasty there was dust everywhere, no remote for the tv and was told to check back the next day, sheets were dirty, etc. The next morning when my husband went to check us out, no paper receipt nor email receipt for the one night was provided, we had to call back up there the next day to speak to a manager for an override to be done by a manager per the staff working because they didn’t know how to override canceling the other two nights that we had booked to stay there which seemed very odd to us because we have stayed at plenty of hotels before and plans changed to where we ended up having to leave out early and we checked out pay for the time that we may have been there and canceled for the remaining days and there was no issue a paper receipt or an email receipt was provided, and we didn’t have to get management involved who was not even on duty. The next day when we called we were given another excuse about the manager not being there so again we was not able to receive a paper nor email receipt. We had to just keep watching our account to ensure we were not over charged.

The smell of smoke was horrible, rooms not cleaned at all. No towels blankets on the bed. Unable to check us in until 6pm. Told us to come back. My parents in a separate room, one of which was on oxygen. Room smelled so bad you could hardly breathe. We both deserve a full refund!! My dad had to clean his own bathroom. These places should have some kind of inspection to operate!!

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. No breakfast no coffee machine in room. Just the coffee and cups. Mold on bathroom ceiling. My son cut his hand on bathroom doorknob. No batteries in any smoke detectors. Pool was dirty and the had no towels at pool or in room. People working desk or very rude.

All staff encountered were unhelpful and laissez-faire. They were not going to go out of their way for you. Our room was filthy, smears and toothpaste splatter on mirrors, smears and fingerprints o refrigerator and headboards, pulled back the covers of bed and there was stuff black flecks and hair in the beds. The floors were filthy. The heater AC unit was flinging out black stuff not sure if it was black mold or what it was. Requested a different room, pulled back covers on beds same conditions. We asked for clean linens and changed the beds ourselves and wiped down the room. Then the next morning no complimentary breakfast. 2nd morning had cold eggs and sausage warmer was broken and no drinks no coffee no juice no milk nothing. Horrible place to stay

No towels and, when we went to get some, they were stained. Sink was clogged so we brushed our teeth in the tub. Floor was dirty. Not enough breakfast (eggs) for all so had to pay for breakfast outside the hotel. Outside stairway was dirty and full of garbage. Shower water pressure went off and on. Thin walls; could hear man (who seemed to be living there) snoring. Heat and A/C until did work perfectly. Room was big.

Property was lacking in upgrades and cleanliness!! My children’s feet were BLACK after 5 minutes of walking on the floor, asked housekeeping to mop it came with a trash can and a mop and their feet were still becoming black. We asked 3 days in a row to have our linens on the bed exchanged, to our surprise (not really) never happened. No towels were provided and every time we had asked for towels the were in either the washer and dryer every time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They only gave us one towel for my Family of 4. No wash cloths. No hand towels. When I asked for more towels they told me no. The ice machine doesn’t work. The “free breakfast” is a complete joke. They didn’t even clean our room during our stay which means you guessed it no more clean towels. The water pressure was so bad I could have spit the water out of my mouth harder. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The beds were on but for the rest it was not very clean. Wallls were so thin you could hear evening in other rooms. And lastly the staff lied they let us check out 3 day early and said we would have a refund of the amount. But did not do so took us 15 try’s just get ahold of them on the phone. And Expedia would not be of any help with the refund

So I would not recommend the hotel the staff was very rude my reservation got canceled before I arrived by them had to redo my reservation went with friends and their room had cockroaches behind the tv when reported the maintenance refused to do anything so receptionist said she would handle it we came back two hours later and nothing was done she just transferred the room it was cockroach free but still very dirty no breakfast at all during our stay when it says free breakfast there was a party next to my room when I went to office around 9:30 to make a complaint they were closed and didn’t do anything when called the fridge in the matter of a day froze all my food and drinks the only way to turn the fridge down was with a tool the floors were dirty and sticky when checking out I got a dirty look after the receptionist was done giving the customer infront of me major attitude because he asked for more towel’s because none of the room had towels just hand towels and insisted she had already gave him towels a few days prior and refused to give him more staff very lazy and avoid the pool it was packed with locals who live in area more than anything if you can i recommend avoiding this hotel AVOID AVOID AVOID the area however is very beautiful

Horrendous staff attitude! Completely rude staff. Unacceptable on how they speak to customers. Room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub and not one but several. No towels or rags and if you ask your the issue because they wasn’t any ready? At 7 pm when check in was 4pm! No bags in the trash cans. Absolutely disgusting place that I’d never recommend. We left without staying.

We stayed in a suite, which was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The Jacuzzi tubs were amazing. The only thing I did not like was the parking lot is very very small. It’s hard to get in and out of when we finally got our room we did not have any towels any toilet paper, and no comforter they made our bed with literally only a sheet And there was only one plug-in behind the TV and the TV and the refrigerator was plugged in so every time you wanted to plug your microwave in you had to unplug the refrigerator just to plug in the microwave so the TV plug-in was so loose that every time I would unplug one thing it would come unplugged to then when we went down to the swimming pool there was absolutely no swimming towels, so the only request that I would honestly have about the place is to make sure that the rooms are more stocked with their blankets and their toiletries, and make sure that they are better plug-ins and I completely get being shortstaffed the entire three days we were there. There was only one girl, the same girl working day and day night, and the same girl was trying to clean the entire two floors of this hotel by herself all day and all night, so yeah I get it. People are shortstaffed, but when you own a business, sometimes you have to have your owners step in and help to but overall, this day was amazing and I would absolutely stay again

Staff are friendly. Rooms are pretty nice, I think the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The back of the main door had something on it like soda spray. Beds were weird and I wouldn't stay there again unless it was free.

Avoid this place!
The condition of the room was terrible! The sink and tub were plugged up and didn't drain. There were stains and footprints on the bed linens, doors and walls. The door swing latch was missing the catch so anyone with a card reader could come in. They had tea bags but no hot water at the breakfast area. When I asked for some, the attendant was anoided and oddly stated she didn't know what tea bags were? There wasn't much of a selection there, the cereal was stale and the milk was watered down! You don't want to stay here.

It was not a great stay at ALL they took an extra 200$ dollars from me and it was super hard to get ahold of ANYONE finally when we did it was after we left and the manager texted up and said “i have a check here for you guys”. It really didn’t have anything to do with you guys the hotel in general was gross and we saw literal roaches.
