I would like to address a couple of issues noted in your review. I sincerely apologize for the discrepancy in price between what you found online and what was quoted here at the property. Sometimes you will find a "mobile or on-line only" promo that we just cannot match in-house. We apologize for the hassle and rest assured will be looking to find a solution to make it easier for our loyal guests to book at those rates in the future. I would also like to sincerely apologize for the issue with our fire alarm. As it turned out to be a problem caused by the intensely cold temperatures, even our local fire department was slow to diagnose and correct the issue.
