Perfect stay

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. There were no bad smells from pets when walking through the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! It was in the perfect location close to places to eat.

Great location, great staff, 24 hour pool, decent breakfast. Pets stay free. Great experience. Will definitely use again.

The room was clean and very comfortable!

Pros: It was clean, and comfortable.
Cons: The location made it difficult to find day or night. The GPS (Garmin) was one block off and wanted you to turn the wrong direction.
Location: Ten minutes to Dollywood and numerous other attractions!
The most important features to me are the clean floors, linens,bathroom areas, etc. and the comfort of the bed. All rated a #5 in my book.

Comfortable stay with 24 hour pool and spa

Pros: Although we did not go into the pool after mid-night, it was nice to know the pool and spa was open 24 hours.
Cons: I think there should be a policy regarding drinking alcohol while in the pool.
Location: We were in the vicinity to where we could walk for food and entertainment, which was great.
From the time we checked into the hotel, we were treated with respect and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was satisfying, and the convenience of location was just a great. We enjoyed the fact that if we wanted to go to the pool and hot tub after midnight, we had that option. Even with the hotel being pet friendly, we did not have our sleep disturbed by those who did have their pets accompany them in the hotel.

Great location and pet friendly!

The staff was very friendly and they were very tolerant of our dog. It was definitely a relief seeing so many other dogs there so we knew the other guests would be more tolerant of our dog if it was barking while we were out sightseeing. At nighttime, if there were other dogs barking I didn't get disturbed while in our room. I would recommend keeping the fan running on the HVAC though, since it was REALLY hot it kept turning on/off and it's pretty loud. When we kept the fan ON, it wasn't as disruptive to our sleep, and it would drown out any barking if it was taking place (though I don't recall any). The location was awesome with a few things (like a brewery/restaurant) we could just walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Our location is also great in that we have several restaurants and shopping outlets within easy walking distance. Being at a stoplight also helps ease the burden of the main parkway. Nice place to stay

Pros: 24 Hour pool, premium channels on TV counting HBO, friendly staff, private patio, comfortable couch, nice spacious room. Free wifi
Cons: The door outside could use a lock for those that sleep walk, the bed was a firm, the bathroom is a little small, Wifi was slow during peak hours.
I stayed at the hotel and discovered we were on the ground floor had a patio to ourselves with a door that goes outside in addition to the one in the hall. We had a very pleasant stay the staff was very friendly, the room was kept very clean, the couch was comfortable we stayed in a king room with a couch that had a pull out bed. The pool and hot tub were 24 hours which was wonderful because my husband and I could go relax for a bit before heading off to bed. The only time the hot tub wasn't nice was on the last night when the hot tub was just barely warm and with it cooling down I suspect the heater for it broke which let's be honest that's to be expected to happen from time to time so it's not a huge deal to me.

Lobby was nice and welcoming. Pool open 24 hrs. Room was right above pool on 4th floor and the noise traveled to the room - I would ask for a room not so close to the pool next time. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.
