We liked it very well the location was great walking distance to down town, it was very quite and clean , and we even seen a bear in the parking lot that was amazing. We will most definitely come back to this place 😊

I would recommend this property! It was close enough to everything that we could walk and we had an 8-year-old with us. The unit is older but well maintained. I would suggest a bathroom retouch and replacing the carpet in the bedroom and just use a large rug. It's budget friendly and clean! We had to use the sofa bed which was queen sized but needs a new mattress. We did have our 18 and 8 yr old sleep on it though, and they survived!

Unit 501 was the perfect size for 2 adults and one child. Living/kitchen area small but adequate. Bedrooms were a nice size. Outdoor area nice but chairs could use new cushions. Able to walk to main strip within 15-20 minutes. Coming back uphill was a challenge. Overall a nice stay

Out of the way, but still in walking distance of all that matters. The room does need a little maintenance and upgrading, but it was a great experience all in all.

A little out dated , we were in town during the winter storm and on the days it was single digits the heater barely kept up even with the fireplace. Other than that decent stay loved the view off the balcony.

Loved the nearness to Downtown Gatlinburg but we couldn't walk with my 82 year old mother. (Steep hill) Unit 501 appears to be renovated and it was a nice place to stay! We didn't figure out how to turn on the heat until the last night. It wouldn't work on AUTO, we had to turn the Fan to ON to get it to blow warm air. The weather was not that cold so it really wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the fireplace to work so we just didn't use it. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

We liked the location above the city with spectacular views. The condo unit was renovated with modern features, but decorated with the theme of the mountains. There was plenty of space for the four of us ladies.

We stayed in condo #508. It was clean, cute and convenient. The bed was comfortable. However , the shower was terrible, little water pressure and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The towels were worn and cheap. We did not utilize the kitchen. The main door(front door) could use some weather stripping.

Room 411 was clean and no bugs (we checked) Bed was comfortable, no complaints. Living room area was nice but fireplace didn’t work. Back door screen off porch was old and came off tracks (annoying). Hot water doesn’t last!! Toilet is not the elongated style, it’s small and round so for men beware, mine complained. Elevator needs a good clean. Overall, we we satisfied for the price.

Great location with walking proximity to the parkway. Room was clean and nice. The shower in the master bedroom had a jetted tub - it was very tall and someone with mobility issues may have difficulty stepping into the shower (not a complaint, just note that if you need accessibility in the bathroom, this would not be the unit to stay in). We love Laurel Inn and will consider this unit for future bookings.

We contacted office personnel to let them know we were stuck in traffic and might not make it to the office before it closed. We were then asked if we had received check-in information for our condo rental. We had not received any notification by e-mail or text. I was then told that instructions had been sent through Experia. I did not receive any info from Experia. The office clerk than sent me instructions directly to my phone and we were able to gain entrance to the condo. We were asked to stop by the office and obtain a parking permit. The next day we went to the office on the property only to find it locked and looking abandoned. We called the phone number on our contract and were then told that the "office" was at another location. There should be some notice printed and posted at the Laurel Inn Condos with this information so renters are aware that they need to go to another location to settle matters. We absolutely loved our stay in unit 202 and would recommend it to others. The management of these condos should do a better job to check that renters are made aware of check-in instructions by sending a simple text message to the renter to confirm that they understand the process.

Very clean nice place to stay. Very impressive interior. Would highly recommend for couples or a family stay. Will book the condo the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

My stay was great except for the last night where I got food poisoning. Obviously it didn’t come from the condo. I’ve stayed here before it and went over well with my girlfriend, so we stayed again.

We were very pleased with our Laurel Inn condo. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant everyone in our group had plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the living room and dining area. Kitchen had dishes, coffee maker and filters and cleaning supplies. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms.

Laurel Inn 202
We had the most amazing stay in room 202. Everything was very clean and welcoming. We loved the location near the strip and enjoyed the 5-10 minute walk each day. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again! We also had two different bear sightings in the parking lot and at the bottom of the stairs in the back of the building.

I liked that you can walk down the stairs at the back of the building to get to the town (about 15 min walk). I liked the balcony, two bathrooms, a kitchen with everything we needed and a nice table where we could gather.
