The property was displayed in the advertising with Photos that were not of the unit we got. The unit we got was more like a dorm room that the "upscale" classy vacation rental we were led to believe we were getting. I am not normally one to complain, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We got in and immediately noticed that the unit was not what we had though we booked. There were literally no decorations at all. Grey walls that were not particularly clean. Especially in the kitchen. The Granite on the countertops has mold growing in the seam above the sink. The cabinets were not stocked with enough glasses or coffee cups for 4 adults for even one meal. We had to drink coffee in shifts and wash in between. Not fun. In the morning as we were getting ready for our day at Dollywood we took showers and BOTH showers did not drain. Water backed up and took over an hour to drain leaving us embarrassed as we had brought some friends for a birthday weekend. If it had been one or them I would say that this thing happens.. But with both of them doing it is clear that this unit is poorly maintained and should be avoided. The two King size beds are actually a pair of Bunkbeds that were modified and bolted together with a king size mattress placed on them. There were no bed side lamps in the bedrooms. The couch was damaged and at one end if you sat there you sunk way down into it. Im sorry to have to post this but we paid over $650 for 2 nights. TERRIBLE Experience

Convenient but off the beaten path
It is convenient to all the attractions but its quiet! There is little to no traffic through the area as it sit on a hill by itself. It was just a little difficult to find (hint - read the road signs don't listen to the GPS). It sent us around back of the property on a dinky little road. The condo was ok. it was an open floor plan which was nice for us. It was very plain, but I don't care about that. Out side lighting was okay. We were there for a weekend stay so some things didn't bother to us so much, like: -Limited cook ware -no cleaning supplies (except for a broom) and no daily cleaning -No rug on inside of door. Floor is slippery with wet feet -Cheap furniture, but I understand that. Bed is a little uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. -No linen service, limited towels and wash clothes, although they do provide a washer and dryer in another building. If you are staying any length of time you may want to bring cleaning supplies. You could not see the dirt on the tile floor but it was dirty. We actually went out and purchased some cleaning supplies ( swiffer floor cleaner, surface cleaner, etc). All in all it was an good place to stay for the weekend.
