Older hotel, great location

Pros: Location, parking.
Cons: Smell in the elevator.
Location: Everything in Gatlinburg. Great Smoky Mtn. National Park, Pigeon Forge
Facilities are pretty much what you would expect from an older, well used hotel. The location is perfect if the Gatlinburg strip or the Great Smokey Mtn. National Park. The only thing that struck me as odd is the toe to toe positioning of the beds in the non-smoking double queen room. They are about 2-3 ft. apart from each other and the TV is right next to the side of the beds at the toe. But overall no complaints for an inexpensive room with such a great location.

Spacious place

One couple and a kid, we got a suite with 2 bathrooms. There are no hot breakfast and no fruits.

Poor condition

Horrible smell in elevator and hallways. Stains on furniture. Matresses extremmely uncomfortable and worn out. My wife found a bug in the room. The free breakfast of small muffins, toast and cereal was so small we just went to Mcdonalds. Only upside is the location was great but We still would never stay there again.

The only two thing I liked is. Price and location They didn't channg bending or clean the room for four days They put clean towels and garbage and that was all

Great location!

Pros: Location!
Cons: Newer mattresses, and rooms were a little small, but it is a "micro"tel.
Location: Many restaurants, moonshine/wine tastings, chairlifts, etc. are all walking distance! Smoky Mtn. National Park just a few miles down the road!
Great location! We were walking distance from strip and fun activities. And just a few miles from the Great Smoky National Park. The hotel was great for our weekend getaway! We wanted to walk to local attractions and restaurants, but also be close to the nature trails, waterfalls and mountain views! For the money this was a great bargain!

Good for student.

They don't have glasses of real glass, only plastic. Shower is a little bit weak. But, it's nice and cheap overall.

Awful hotel

This place is a dump. There was a cockroach in my bed. The place reeks of cigarettes and mold. The front desk lady was low energy and didn't care about anything. I wound up leaving and didn't get my money back. I will never set foot in there again. Pay a little more money and skip microtel.

Pros: close to convention center
a place to sleep! Hallways are long with a bad elevator and stairwell. Breakfast is for people not trying to be healthy are watch their weight. This hotel needs a serious upgrade

Only a brief stay. All the necessities but very small room. But for one or two nights just to sleep was fine.
