Clean and comfortable hotel

I loved how close the hotel was to all of the attractions in Gatlinburg. The rooms were very clean.

Hotel was very convenience for downtown hotel

Was very convenient plenty of things to do nice things to see shuttle buses with expect to take you back and forth only problem Hotel took money out the account when I said I will pay when I got there overall the hotel room was smaller than I expected.Had a very nice time over all

Low rates. Old Facilities

Pros: Closeness to downtown Gatlinburg.
Cons: Dated Facilities
Location: Right behind the space needle. Very close to Skylift.
Room was reasonably clean. Facilities are dated and need updating. Staff was nice.

Close to downtown gatlinburg

Hotel needs updating , smelled like they were covering up smoke or something , everything looked old and dirty .

Pros: Sadly there was nothing good about my stay
The elevator had a horrible smell, the rooms were disgusting and bath towels were so old and worn out, it was actually impossible to dry off with them. The capers in room were very old and looked like they had never been cleaned. Wall behind the head of the bed was a Hugh mirror - wall to wall. WIll not return to this motel.

Older hotel, great location

Pros: Location, parking.
Cons: Smell in the elevator.
Location: Everything in Gatlinburg. Great Smoky Mtn. National Park, Pigeon Forge
Facilities are pretty much what you would expect from an older, well used hotel. The location is perfect if the Gatlinburg strip or the Great Smokey Mtn. National Park. The only thing that struck me as odd is the toe to toe positioning of the beds in the non-smoking double queen room. They are about 2-3 ft. apart from each other and the TV is right next to the side of the beds at the toe. But overall no complaints for an inexpensive room with such a great location.

Spacious place

One couple and a kid, we got a suite with 2 bathrooms. There are no hot breakfast and no fruits.

Poor condition

Horrible smell in elevator and hallways. Stains on furniture. Matresses extremmely uncomfortable and worn out. My wife found a bug in the room. The free breakfast of small muffins, toast and cereal was so small we just went to Mcdonalds. Only upside is the location was great but We still would never stay there again.
