Good room for the price.

Pros: Room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly and nice. Price was fair.
Cons: No coffee in room, no microwave, WIFI went out several times. Room was quite small.
Location: Location was good, within walking distance of town attractions and convenient in and out driving to the Park.

Nice location; poor quality

Pros: Staffs are friendly.
Cons: Renovate the moldy rooms.
The hotel is in a nice location. It's right at the heart of Gatlinburg's downtown where parking can be really difficult. As a hotel patron, you can park your car there and stroll around the nice downtown area. The rest of the hotel is unpleasant however. Breakfast food is bad, bathtub is moldy, beds are uncomfortable, and hallway wreak of cigarettes.

Exceeded expectations

Location: The hotel is right in the middle of everything so park your car and have a good time.
After reading the negative reviews of this hotel I was very skeptical. I was very pleasantly surprised because the rooms were very clean and the hotel condition was good. They had a very pleasant and accommodating staff. This shows me that you can't always believe what you read.

GREAT ROOM, CLEAN AND NICE

Pros: CLOSE TO DOWN TOWN BUT NOT OUT OF WALKING DISTANCE.
Cons: A LITTLE MORE OF A BREAKFAST. NOT TO MUCH FRUIT TO OFFER, AND HOT PANCAKES WOULD BE NICE.

Bad surprise

Location: Very close to everything in Gatlinburg.
From the pictures, I was expecting a mediocre-semi nice hotel and room, especially for $110/night. That was not what I got. First thing I noticed, the smells there are terrible. The decor of the hallways is way outdated. The room on initial thought was it was updated, and nicer than anything in the hotel. I had a single queen room, and it was tiny. My son and I barely had any room to walk around, and we were always right on top of each other. We both woke up each morning coughing and congested A LOT. I'm not sure what that was from because it didn't seem to be dusty. Another thing about the room is that so many things were falling apart (the bathroom door didn't latch or lock, the shower/bath "stopper" was broken off and laying on the side of the tub, the curtains broke the first time we tried to shut them). Two other issues, the door to the outside stairs stayed open at all times. Literally open, you didn't need a key to just walk right up the stairs and into the hotel from the road...frightening. Also, the covered parking here, it's awful. Everything was terrible, y'all. I've never left a review in my life but I felt the need to enlighten people on this hotel. I am going to contact corporate as well and let them know either the rates need to change or they need to put some love into this location. I was extremely disappointed.

You get what you pay for!

The room was decent just to sleep there. I didn't expect anything spectacular for the cheap price.The location was perfect. We were able to park the car and walk the strip.

Thanks but won't be coming back.

The hotel itself is dated but the room was clean and the water was hot. The issues I had with the hotel was housekeeping. My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for 3 days, arriving Friday night. Noticed a towel with a lot of hair in it when getting out the shower. Went to the front desk to show them the towel and was told "it's okay, it's just from housekeeping". Saturday morning we left to do our activities. I came back to the room around 2pm to change clothes to find that the dirty towels were taken from the room but the bed was not made up nor were the sheets changed. Also the bathroom was not cleaned either. I went to the desk and was told they were short staffed (it's a holiday weekend that really shouldn't be an excuse) and that house keeping was taking all the towels from the rooms first then would come back to clean the rooms. Later that night after a long day of fun, came back to the room and nothing was cleaned. At this time there was a different desk attendant who I complained to about the room not being cleaned and this was my second time speaking with someone. She then accused us of "probably having something on the bed that stopped housekeeping from making up the bed". I politely reassured her nothing was on the bed for we have stayed at plenty of other hotels and know how things work with housekeeping. She told me she would make a note for it to be done the next day. I didn't have any other problems from then on.
