The hotel is right next to a great diner that's very affordable. The parking was good. There was an outdoor pool with slides that looked like fun, but unfortunately it was too chilly to use. The breakfast buffet was good. The lobby was big and had sitting areas near a fireplace. The room was good; we stayed in a room with two queen beds. The whole stay was pleasant. We would stay here again.

Everything was so easy from check in to check out. Their continental breakfast was better than any other hotel I have stayed at. The rooms were clean and a nice size, it was awesome that we had a fireplace in the room.

The lobbies of both hotel and Inn are beautiful, the room was nice, pillows good, bed ok, two sinks in bathroom good. Breakfast area is large, family friendly, good food. Only complaint, grouchy desk clerk, didn’t crack a smile, and dirty elevators.

It was my first time using this facility for a 2 nights stay, I was actually impressed on how nice this place was. One thing I didn’t like was that the rooms ac/heat unit made some loud noises when it came on in the middle of the night that would wake me and my wife. Other than that I would definitely be staying here again in the near future.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities like the pools. The free breakfast was good. The room was large and clean. We went during a busy time, but the hotel handled the large crowd well.

This property has the potential to be amazing, but the staff and their lack of hospitality made it so I will never go back. The room itself was about a 4/10 as it was cleaned but poorly done so. Beds were ok, but if I only wanted a bed, I’d have booked a cheap motel. We were told immediately that the pool was “out of commission,” and it’s no big deal to walk across the 40° parking lot with my wet children to swim. When I asked if I could PAY to get a room in the Inn portion with the working pool, I was told no substitutions and I could not. I then asked if I could PAY to at least upgrade to the room with a view and a jacuzzi, and I was told no. The game room wasn’t in working order. The games had signs that said out of order. So literally everything I booked for my kids was not in working order. Upon making my concerns known to the AM manager upon check out, she informed me that nothing was wrong with the pool. It should have been open. The game room was supposed to have been looked at too. She also did not understand why I couldn’t even PAY to upgrade, as I never once asked to be comped on anything. At a minimum they should have put us in a better room. Hotels offer several hospitality upgrades with out asking for money and again, I said I’D PAY. The best part is I could not get a partial refund for the room, as the am manager wanted to do, because of Expedia’s policies. She did what she could but the stay was over. I will not be going back to that place.

Enjoyed my first stay at this hotel! The free breakfast was delicious and had tons of options even for picky eaters. Hotel room was very clean and great view from balcony. Didn’t love the mattress but it is a hotel so I don’t expect perfection. Would definitely stay again!

The facilities were fabulous! Clean room, friendly housekeeping staff, yummy breakfast, and my children loved both pools!!! Our only complaint was the front desk staff… they were not friendly or accommodating at all! Customer service training is definitely needed!

WE LIKED THE BREAKFAST THAT WAS PROVIDED. IT ALLOWS US TO NOT MAKE A CHOICE ON WHERE TO GO. VERY HELPFUL. WHAT WE DISLIKE ABOUT WAS THE FITNESS CENTER WAS DOWN AS WELL AS DIDNT ALLOW FOR LATE CHECKOUT. WE JUST NEEDED 2 MORE HOURS. AS WELL AS THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON. I KNOW IT NEEDS TO GET DOWN BUT THERE SHOULD BE TIME LIMITS WHEN TO WORK AND NOT.

I enjoyed how clean the hotel was and the rooms had very spacious bathrooms. I also loved the free breakfast because I feel like that hotels don’t do it as much as they used to. My only complaint is the indoor pool. I’m not sure if it was poor ventilation or chemical overload, but my kids would have red skin and cough while swimming. I sat in the pool area and did not swim, but my eyes would burn.

My wife & I love Music Road. We have stayed here many times & overall it is exceptionally great. The only negative issue we had this time is that our mattress was extremely saggy & mushy. Hoping they will take note & get new mattresses.

The rooms had almost none of the standard conveniences found in most hotel rooms. No hairdryer, one bar of soap, no kleenex, no hooks on the bathroom door or walls for clothes, no cups (plastic or other) for brushing teeth, no notepad/pen. It was bare bones. The shower head was awful - it sprayed like someone holding a thumb on a water hose. The room was very clean but the walls very thin. I could hear people’s footsteps in the hall above us and every little sound made by people in our own hallway. The lobby was beautiful and welcoming with a big fireplace and the staff was friendly. I personally won’t stay here again though because of all the corners cut in the rooms. It makes me concerned about what costs are being cut that are unseen.
