Pleasant staff, the hotel was close to everythingPosted Sep 26, 2015
Location: Lots of eating places within a few minutes walk and a huge shopping mall with all major names.
Close to lots of outlets and right next to the local bus stop for Pigeon Forge and on to Gatlingburg.

The room was dark, dirty, and smelly. The wi-fi connection didn't work most of the time, so we used the one from the hotel down the street. The housekeeper didn't make the beds during our entire 6-night stay. It is by far one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in.

Good stayPosted Aug 22, 2015 on Hotels
Stayed 1 night before going to a rental cabin. Had to wait a few minutes for staff to return to front desk to check-in which went smoothly. Free video games in hall beside out of order ice machine, as someone else stated, carpets in hallways are covered in stains. Room appeared clean and was comfy. Kids played in outdoor water area. Standard free breakfast - something wrong with juice machine - it was only giving water? Would stay overnight again.

Doors on the outside.Posted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
Nothing really wrong with this hotel. I am just not comfortable with doors on the outside. The breakfast was okay if you like microwaved food. I really just ate the yogurt. The staff at the front desk was top shelf. Commended there. The house service staff very good. I just think that is the way it is in Seiverville

Hard beds, unfriendly desk people. Bathroom door would not shut and the front door was hard to close. Noise at night, hard to stay asleep.

I'd stay there againPosted Aug 11, 2015 on Hotels
Overall our stay at Oak Tree Lodge was great. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. Enough room for me, my wife, and two kids. Only complaint I have is that if we walked in our room barefoot, the bottom of our feet turned black. Everything else was clean.

Family oriented hotel, reasonable pricePosted Aug 5, 2015 on Hotels
We spent three nights here. The place is family friendly. The rooms are small but adequate. There is a very small indoor pool, and a small outdoor pool. The outdoor pool would be great for small children. There is child oriented water park / water playground equipment. Facility is next door to a zip line and a horseback riding facility. It is near to outlet malls, and on the strip with lots of restaurants and tourist attractions near by. It is not luxurious, but the staff was friendly, and it was quiet enough to sleep comfortably. Facility could use some updating and maintenance, but it was clean and well run. It includes a hot breakfast each morning. Pre-formed scrambled eggs, and sausage, fruit and cold cereal, and make them yourself waffles.
