Definitely get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower well worth it. The breakfast not good and the milk and orange juice were spoiled. Really did the location because you were close to a lot of attractions.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The sheets were yellow, the showers filthy and the walls/light switches have never been wiped by the looks of it. The lady working on reception was also super rude. Avoid this place at all costs!

Okay hotel for one night, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Came for spring break and the pool wasn’t even filled/in service. That was not disclosed upon booking. Looks like they have permanent ’residents’ on site too, so my children were a little uncomfortable with that considering one lady was sitting outside ‘watching’ most of the time. Front staff was very friendly though. Again, a quick night didn’t hurt us, but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely disgusting. We left after the first night. We shouldn’t have stayed at all. Stains everywhere, looked like blood on the wall, part of ceiling falling in, stunk, and the lady at the front desk was super unfriendly

Our room had roaches. It was out dated stained sheets tub had patch places in it. When I mentioned the roaches I was told no one else had complained. Definitely will not be a return guest and don’t recommend this place. On a scale of 1-10 I’d give a negative 3

Room had dirty towels, and my wife killed a roach in bathroom. Hotel workers acted like they didn't care about anything. Never gave me wifi password. Would not stay even if room was free

This hotel is disgusting and outdated. We didn’t even bring our luggage in because it was so gross. If it hadn’t been for the 11 hour drive and extreme exhaustion we wouldn’t have stayed.

The room smelled bad. The heat barely worked. There was no hot water in the sink and the hot water in the shower took a long time to heat up. When I got up to go to the bathroom in the night there was a roach on the microwave. I found another one on the wall the next morning. I was only offered another room. Poor customer service!!!

Easy to get into and exit. Close to the area we like. But no table and chairs, Towels were clean but well worn and parking lot was tight, hard to maneuver full size truck. Other tan that it was ok

Filthy! That’s the only way to describe our room. The flooring was nice but it was so dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub so there was no way it could have been cleaned. The towels were very old, dingy and thin. I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years and this is the worse one yet!

A motel for bed bugs
For one the first night tvs didn't work then when we went to bed we started to get eat up by bed bugs bad and reported it right away and all they said was not to post it we booked our room over 2 months ago and cost us almost 100 dollars and I am not pleased with my stay at the motel at all and couldn't get a refund but then I think that we deserve a compensation on that stay or something because we had no other choice but to stay at the motel and when we would leave to go somewhere we was afraid to go back to the room and sleep so no the stat at the motel was not worth what we had to pay and will never stay there again

Worst hotel experience ever.
My room had bed bugs I did not get a refund. They moved me to another room and the television didn’t work. I’ll never stay at this hotel again. Smoky View Inn was terrible.

This was not a clean motel room. The mattresses were terrible. We checked in and stayed about an hour and ask for a refund because we didn’t want to stay there. Hotels.com gave us the run around. We didn’t stay there any and I was charged fir three nights! I’ll never use it again!!!!!!
