1. Dirty bedsheets. 2. Dirty room with paint drippings and dust everywhere. 3. The AC was malfunctioning; the room was either freezing or boiling hot. 4. No trash can in the room. 5. There was a huge window at the ceiling right in front of the bed, so it was impossible to sleep comfortably due to the light. 6. The TV wasn’t working.. stuck on mute It seems like the room was still under renovation; paint job wasn’t completed. it shouldn’t have been booked out for anyone to stay until the renovation is completed. Completely not worth the money; we had to use our own bedsheets. The only part of the room that was ok was the bathroom. I wish I could upload the pictures here.. I would never stay there again

Beds hard…. Brown ceiling tiles in bathroom… sticky bathroom floor…. Some lights didn’t work… vents very dusty….. not enough towels for guest…. Charged $10 per car per day to park on there property… booked online it was not at address given online but very close but up a steep hill so thankful my parents didn’t join on trip they couldn’t have walked that hill to the attractions so I would have had to pay for additional parking… there were many cameras around

Room was dirty and in horrible patch jobs. The toilet had to be flushed at least 3 times after every use. The shower was barely a trickle. Lights in room didnt work. New bulbs brought but were so dim it was like a nightlight. Stains on 2 of 3 lightshades. Stains on sheets and giant stain on couch. Ice bin was dirty inside and out. We reserved a room with a jacuzzi tub. They said since we used a 3rd party to book we couldnt have one after stating they didnt have any so we pulled up their website and showed them in their pictures. They said if we came back the next day maybe they would have one. They wouldn't refund our money. When we came back the next day the next employee said they didnt know why they told us we could switch rooms because they couldnt do that. Horrible service, horrible room. Very old and run down. I have multiple pictures to back up what i am saying. Also, the heater or fan on bathroom ceiling had scorch marks like it had caught fire.

Location was excellent, our room was clean and nice, we enjoyed the fireplace. Overall it was a nice room for the price. The breakfast looked really nice, but Overall the taste was just not good.

This was NOT the room I had booked the toilet was back up for both days we stayed the refrigerator was Not working frozen up completely the phone in room had no service the bath shower was plumed wrong hot was cold. Spiders in the room . I went to service desk and complained that this was not the room I orderd with a nice balcony and all they said is its not our fault and we should have not went by the pictures we saw when we booked and it was Expedia fault the room had mold in the corners of the room and and out side on ground floor cigarette butts and beer can and trash Bed was Not fresh and clean slept on to of the covers!! We did not feel safe ... This was awful for almost 300.00 a night NEVER AGAIN

The location is great , and I can not complaint for an economic hotel. Need to work on parking availability, the WI FI and some painting and remodel to the building. Overall was good.

When booking the hotel I selected I had pets. I booked for a balcony with a view of the mountains. Upon arrival I had to pay an additional $75 for pet deposits and to be able to park in the hotel parking lot. Then was told I couldn’t stay in the room I booked because I had pets. In the room the bathroom sink was wrapped in tape, there were mix match paints on the walls. The hotel was under construction so there was limited parking. The room was not very clean. The door was missing half the lock for the door.

Left limping because of hidden parking fees
The hotel was what was expected for the price. The red flag was charging $10 per day to park. There was a 5.99 per day cleaning etc. per day that was explained pre-book and in the receipt due at check-in, but unless you dig though everything you wouldn't expect the $10 per day to park. This isn't a 2nd vehicle parking rate, they won't give up room keys until you pay to park 1 vehicle. This is very shady to not make this information easily known before and after booking.

Immediately upon checking in I got hit with a $19 parking fee. Threw me off for sure. The hotel is right on a creek which helped. Not fansy at all which I expected. That parking fee really upset me. Thats the only reason for the low rating.

We found evidence of bed bugs in our room. They upgraded us to a new building and didn't doubt us. But it made us Leary of the whole place. And check in was so late we didn't really have time to find a new hotel.

Love the location. Staff was great and it was easy booking and check in. The free breakfast was average. The room was nothing to get excited about but was doable. We liked the extra sink outside the toilet/shower area. Also loved the hot water lasting for all 4 of us. The second floor stairwell landing had what looked like animal poop all over it. It was not cleaned in the four days we stayed. It was exciting to see a bear in the parking lot!

I liked the staff and the hospitality but there are a few bears around the property and it is very unsettling to walk to your room not knowing if you are going to come up face to face with a bear. Also I did not know that they charge you $10.00 a night for parking, come on you are staying at the property, so why charge for parking, that is a charge I was not expecting. I was told a certain price and it was like $30.00 added. Very disappointed in this charge.

Terrible service crummy hotel
Expedia double booked me - literally took me more than 6 hours on the phone for days trying to fix it when Expedia was completely at fault for not canceling my earlier reservations. The check in attendant had no accountability and acted like he was helping me but evading everything and did not pass my info on to be resolved. No one acted in the right. 6 five night stays! Unbelievable - there is no reward anymore so pointless to deal with this unbelievable frustration. I’m tired of talking to bots and people who take absolutely no responsibility and scapegoat constantly. There were animals living and scurrying around and inside ? the ceiling - couldn’t sleep. Didn’t feel safe. No bear proof containers black bears get into trash every night. I witnessed three- very dangerous and I come from bear country. Why aren’t they using bear proof containers? It is next to a national park. Trash containers left wide open for them. Styrofoam used everywhere. Trash on the ground all the time from the bears. Fireplace didn’t work. I spent thousands of dollars here.

I wouldn’t stay here again
It was a bit irritating when I checked in, the front desk person informed me there would be a $10 parking fee. This wasn’t noted on the hotels.Com website or the hotel website. In addition, she informed me that I was in a pet friendly room. I said booked and wanted a regular room and she said that would be more money. Again, nothing mentioned about that when I booked. The room was supposed to have a balcony which it did but the door was sealed closed. It was clean but dated and worn. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We paid for a "room with a fireplace". The fireplace, however, did not work. We tried to light the pilot light, but that didn't work either. We had 2 sinks, one was shut off because it leaked. Our carpet was damp below the leaking sink. Our room was so hot, we had to open the balcony door most nights, and yes we did adjust the thermostat. Don't eat anything from the refrigerator at breakfast-dairy products should be kept at 40 degrees or less. The temperature display read 54 degrees every morning. The only good thing about this property was the location.
