It's ok

Pros: Location
Cons: Price for what it is.
Location: Exit 407
It was a little pricey on a Friday night at $123 advance pay with no refund they say cause events happening near by. Room was clean enough. Bath room fan did not work, did not notice that till later at night so did not complain. Ice machine empty on first floor. Breakfast was good with eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles And such. Staff very friendly.

Close to interstate

Cons: The smoke/moldy smell is noticeable when you first enter the room. The a/c needs a little work. Turns on and off constantly.
It was nice being close to the interstate. I was able to get to Sevierville, Knoxville and the tourist areas. Plus the Smokies baseball stadium was a mile away. Only thing bad was the traffic noise at night. I had a room in the front of the hotel. A room in the back would have been quieter. The pool not being open was disappointing but not a major factor. I'll be staying here from now on when I go down to TN.

Nice for the price

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Felt very safe in this location. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean. I'd stay here again.

Loved Quality Inn Interstate in Kodak, TN

All of the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean (including the carpet). The A/C was really cold. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfy. Great location. Not to far from Pigeon Forge. Just a short drive down the highway.

Stay here if you are going to the flea market

The service at the hotel was awesome ! When we arrived the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful in getting us checked in and adding another night to our stay. The hotel was loaded with fisherman for a tournament the next day and they had breakfast ready at 3:30 the next morning before everyone headed to the lake !

Convenient and Friendly

Pros: The Staff was great!
Location: This hotel is conveniently located just off I-40 with easy access to Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
This hotel is very convenient to the interstate and the staff was very friendly and took care of all of our needs. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeeping staff check to make sure we had everything we needed or if there was anything extra they could get for us. The only downside was the noise from the interstate, I would ask for a room on the back side if I stayed there again.

Would definitely book this hotel again!

This was a small get away for my husband and me. Only stayed one night but we enjoyed it tremendously. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the interstate but far enough to not have noise all night from the traffic. Room was very clean, smelled really good when we went in, noticed it immediately. Check in staff was very nice and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good, wish there had been a microwave available to heat the sweet rolls but otherwise it was fine.
