Nice for the price

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Felt very safe in this location. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean. I'd stay here again.

Convenient and Friendly

Pros: The Staff was great!
Location: This hotel is conveniently located just off I-40 with easy access to Knoxville and Sevierville/Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
This hotel is very convenient to the interstate and the staff was very friendly and took care of all of our needs. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The housekeeping staff check to make sure we had everything we needed or if there was anything extra they could get for us. The only downside was the noise from the interstate, I would ask for a room on the back side if I stayed there again.

Would definitely book this hotel again!

This was a small get away for my husband and me. Only stayed one night but we enjoyed it tremendously. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the interstate but far enough to not have noise all night from the traffic. Room was very clean, smelled really good when we went in, noticed it immediately. Check in staff was very nice and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was good, wish there had been a microwave available to heat the sweet rolls but otherwise it was fine.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located right off the highway. This was our second stay here and perfect for what we needed - an overnight. Front desk was very friendly and professional.

Pros: Ask for special accommodation before arrival & taken care of. Staff courteous. Everything clean, comfortable. Refrigerator on and cold. Excellent bkf
Cons: The heater thermostat not accurate. Room much warmer than thermostat setting
Been at several places over a 2 week period & this was our last & BEST place before home.
