The room smeeled of cigarette smoke so bad we had to buy spray to try to help. Our belongings smelled like smoke after leaving. We told them at the desk. They said the room was non smoking. I do not know how the cleaning staff did not smell it ehile cleaning the room. The lamp was broke. The bathroom faucet in the tub was broken. The place needed cleaning better also. The top cover had something on it.

First visit
From reading the reviews, which we took into consideration our room wasn’t too bad. I have a bad back and beds are important to me. The bed that we slept was quite comfortable. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t pleasant to look at. For ten dollars extra we got a room looking at the river That was a nice bonus. The hotels location is great. It is only four miles outside of Gatlinburg. Just beware the traffic was horrible for us and the people were worse. It was the busiest time of the year when we came. Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying at this hotel on our next trip to Tennessee. Thanks for a great experience!

The room was dirty.mold on shower curtain.overall room was dirty and dusty.condom wrappers behind nightstand.old coffee filter was in coffee pot. The second day after room serviced it was still there.we will never stay there again.
