Riverstone was the perfect location for our familyPosted Sep 1, 2015
Location: Loved the location and the easy to use maps of the area. FoxFire Mountain zip line park was awesome! As well as the shops at The Island! Smoky Mts!
The kids loved our room! They felt like they were at home and having tv's in 3 different rooms reduced the feuding over a remote! The lazy river was a big hit as well as the location and pool/ hot tub! Everything was beautiful!

River view not for Expedia bookingPosted Aug 31, 2015
Talk about bait and switch! We booked this hotel because it came up from expedia and it wasnt cheap. It was our 24th wedding anniversary and we wanted something nice. RIVERSTONE DOES NOT mean river view. When we asked if we could change rooms we were told that our"resort view" was not changeable. They said they dont open up anything but resort view to expedia. BTW Resort view means parking lot view. The room was nice enough, the bed was comfortable, no coffee or anything, but the lazy river was a joke. Ice cold even with 87 degree heat outside. Even the bravest of men cowered.... just saying for 250$ a night i expected more. It was a glorified time share. You needed a phd to figure out the shower. It would have been nice if it came with directions or something. I dont mind spending money if its worth it. This one was definitely not. SORRY BUT I WOULDN'T WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN.

Only couple of minutes from the strip.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Very nice small condo for 2 people. 4 with only one bathroom would not have worked.

Upscale accommodations.Posted Jul 11, 2015
Very nice, well maintained units and grounds. Quiet, yet very close to the Parkway and the National Park. My family was very pleased - it would be difficult to find a better property in the area.

Nice resort.Posted Jun 29, 2015
Very nice and roomy resort room. The resort doesnt have an onsite restaurant or gift shops but there are an ample amount if both nearby. You are also extremely close to Dollywood and splash country. The only negative has nothing to do with the facility but traffic during peak hours which can make it cumbersome trying to make a left into or out of the resort. But you should enjoy this place.

Nice facility with good approximation to the Park.Posted Jun 28, 2015
Location: One block off the busy Pigeon Forge strip. Makes it feel like its far away from all of that congestion. About 15min drive or less into Smokey M.Park
Stayed with our six children for summer vacation. Ages 5 through 17. They loved it. Hiked during the days then came back for fun at the pool and lazy river. Both were nice. Had a two bedroom condo, they were out of three bedrooms. Worked out fine sharing some bedroom space. Plenty of room otherwise. More expensive then most places but probably one of the nicest around this area. We found it to be worth the expense. Takes the edge off of the busy strip areas and helped to enjoy the Park better.

Good family placePosted Jun 25, 2015 on Hotels
We love the location and the pool. The lazy river is perfect and just what you need in-between events. The game room was awful games not working and missing pieces. That needs updating. The decor was great but the sofa is not comfortable. The main downfall of this trip was the people playing bag toss late right outside our window. Overall we give it 4 out of 5 stars and will probably go back.
