I was very disappointed because the check in staff was very rude and when I asked for a manager he was just as rude. Basically telling me that I did not book the hotel through them do I had no choice . I ask for a bottle of complimentary shampoo and was told no . Very disappointed and could not wait to leave .

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at Riverstone. Unfortunately, these are our policies with third party reservations, due to the fact that they receive commission on your bookings. Any modifications must first be done with them, and then we can make the changes needed. With Expedia, you pay them and then they pay us, so we are unable to make changes until they come through from Expedia. As far as the complimentary shampoo, there is one given upon arrival, and we do not keep any here at the front desk, it is provided by the spa only for one time use.
