We were first timers at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Close to food and other retail business.
Location: It was very easy to get to the race track from your location.
Found your place on line was in a restaurant a few towns away. There happened to be a car show there that same time, we met a couple who travel with this and has been to Bristol. They asked where we were staying. We told them and got a raving review from them. Made us feel good about our choice which was your place of business. Thank You, Karen Glasgow, KY.

The location is really great. I like the river facing back balconies and paved pad (if you are on the ground floor). Everything is easily accessible.

A hotel that you pay for what you get

Needs updated. I understand that this may be a family business but the the managers need to work harder. There was puke still on our floor, I probably would not have noticed but the smell was awful. I didn't think there would be someone around to help so I just cleaned it myself. I don't think I will be staying here again. Bed and shower were clean though.

I am sure if someone at the front desk had been made aware of the issues you had we would have been more than happy to better accommodate you. Kids experienced SLUMMING it for the 1st time

Cons: Too much to describe... The owners needed to improve in their customer service skills especially if they want to stay in this industry.
The day of check in was the only positive experience. Checked into a room that clearly was a smoking room. Called immediately to let them know I can't stay in this room due to the smell of smoke. She was happy to move us. Then it was downhill from there. Next day, room was not cleaned and we were gone from Noon and returned at Midnight to notice the window blinds were opened and since we were on the 1st floor, everyone and their momma were able to see in our room and what we had in there. Bugs were entering through the back door, fix would be to re-seal that door to keep the pests out. Remote stopped working and we asked for batteries and they treated my 2 girls like they were going to rob the place. The owners, I think, were extremely un-customer friendly driven and the hotel needs serious improvements.

Bedbugs and rude desk clerk!

Found bedbugs at 6:30am after noticing grandson scratching got kids up showered and packed then went to check out and report the bugs I ask the clerk for the manager she said he wasn't there so I reported to and she ask she what time I found the bugs and why I didn't call to report the bugs ! I just wanted to get out also only 1lamp and bulb was blown, no tv remote or microwave. What would they've done come in search for the bugs,sprayed or make us pack to be put in another room for a couple of hours? I just wanted to alert them so they didn't put other people in the room after we left,she was very rude and hateful with no concern. I sent an email but no reply back.

Great customer service in old hotel

Customer service is wonderful at this older, no-frills hotel. I would recommend it for a simple hotel stay.

Pros: every thing I needed for a two day stay.a very quite place.
we have stayed their 3 times well liked place close to where you need to get to.we like the place very well. a very convent to up town.

nice hotel

Location: easy access to highway
hotel was nice, easy access. House keeping could do better. a pair of socks was left on the balcony from a previous guest

Old and falling apart!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: New flooring, new bedding, paint the walls, new bathroom sinks and lighting, patio furnishings updated not old kitchen chairs.
Location: Near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge many attractions!
Rooms very old and in bad condition, looked at one and it was in bad shape and had a bad odor. The bathroom light fixture missing half it's bulbs and the ones left were not covered with the globe as should be. The only positive was it appeared they did try to clean it. The second room though it appeared to be in somewhat better shape had some weird flooring and walls very damaged and still very outdated! Patio furnishings were in awful shape and some weren't even patio furniture but broken down old kitchen chairs and a stool.

This is a slow work in progress and the progress does slow down quite a bit with the busier season already upon us. quick stop over

Pros: Cleanliness, staff was very good
Cons: upgrade the internet. It was incredibly slow
it's an older style hotel but looks like its been recently renewed. Very good value for the money and room was very clean and neat.
