Booked a two queen bed upon arrival both beds sheets were dirty hairs on the beds bloody sheets on other,went to set to service desk they were helpful but had to sit and wait 30 minutes on housekeeping to come inspect the beds then another 30 to come back and change them Quality housekeeping seems to be a issue apparently another thing not assigned parking so I book a room at one location and have to park across the street at another location I will say the people at the service desk were very polite and helpful.

Love staying here!
My only complaints are they ran out of donuts 20 mins before closing. Also was very happy to see a table in the smoking room for double queen, but the chairs are super uncomfortable to sit in. Everything else was wonderful!! Great pool, Jacuzzi, clean room and the bed was so comfy!

Wonderful place to stay! You won't be disappointed
This is a great motel to stay at! From check in to check out, every employee was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. I wish I had gotten the lady's name that worked the breakfast area because she was great! She was very friendly and polite and when you finished eating she was picking up your trash. She is the perfect person for that job because she sure takes care of you when you are in the breakfast area. The manager must be doing a great job because the employees sure do a great job!! We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the Quality Inn Pigeon Forge at The Island. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We particularly liked being located in the "second building" where there were only adults and it was off the busy street. A very, very good stay!

This location is great! It’s within waking distance of the the island, short drive to Gatlinburg. It is nice and clean, staff were all very nice! It was a great stay, would absolutely stay here again!

Our room was nice, it was clean but the one drawback was that it was it smelled of musty chlorine. We ended buying an air freshner to alleviate the smell.

Great stay for rod run
Stayed for rod run and will stay again. It is an older property but still worked well for our family of 3 to stay for 3 nights. The water was very hot in the shower and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary Breakfast was served in the morning and walking distance to publix and lots of restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting all of Pigeon Forge right on the strip with a trolley bus stop right out front. The room was clean except for the carpet which could use a good cleaning. Continental breakfast was okay just wish they’d change the selection some but all in all was hot and good. The staff was very friendly.

When we got there the odor was real bad.Drop our stuff and went to eat thinking the odor would clear.got back after about 3 hrs,called the desk.they gave us a new room.ac made a terrible loud sound.up all night sick from the oder.stall was great.food was real good. Probably won't stay again.
