First night we were there they gave our room away. And day we were given the room we paid for. Therefore we were not compensated for the difference in the room. Guy at front desk was not very nice and helpful upon check in. New staff the second day was very helpful in getting us the room we paid for.

We had a nice stay the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and plenty of food even at 9:00 a.

Would not stay again

Not the cleanest place but it worked for a one night stay.. beds are tiny and not comfortable. I would probably not stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, clean and good convenient location

Pros: Daniel, the night time front desk host was AMAZING! He was so personable, friendly, funny and helpful
We arrived very late on Friday night and Daniel was super helpful and friendly. He gave us great suggestions for restaurants and other things nearby the Convention Center (which is where our event was all weekend). I will definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Pros: Condition, staff, breakfast, location, price.
Cons: Security on the WI-FI (did not even require a password). After learning that, I didn't use it.
Location: Good location relative to Sevierville Convention Center and restaurants. Didn't care about all the tourist traps.
A nice hotel. It is a well maintained facility with friendly staff, good breakfast offerings, and provided a comfortable stay. Location was convenient to the event venue which we were attending. Pricing was fair.
