Pigeon Forge weekend

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, closeness to Pigeon Forge activities and Tanger Outlets
Cons: Add more electrical plug-in outlets, add another garbage can to each room.
It was a very nice motel with closeness to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Tanger Outlets. We had a nice double bed room. The only suggestions that I would have would be to have more electrical outlets. There was really only one that we had easy access to and whatever we plugged in there had to sit on the floor. The other one above the desk was used for the coffee pot and one more item. We had two cell phones that needed recharging every night, as did our laptop computer and Kindle. Another plugin in above the desk would have been helpful. We also had only one garbage can in the room. We managed, but another one would have been nice to have. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel near everything!

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Location, price, comfort of rooms
Cons: Nice that they offer a continental breakfast but the room is so small and crowded that we had to leave the hotel to get breakfast. Pool very small.
Location: Hotel located less than 1 mile from major shopping outlet, lots of restaurants, multiple attractions
Great location. Nice, comfortable beds. Very quiet. Great price. We will definitely stay there again!

Hotel is in a good location for site seeing

Posted Aug 14, 2015
Pros: Provided a good night's sleep in a comfortable setting
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
Location: Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are tourist destinations. Pick up a visitor's guide and go have a good time
We had never been in this area of Tennessee before and wanted to spend a couple days looking around. I picked this hotel at random and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the unit clean and easy for access and beds comfortable. Spent three nights there and came home. The Internet access was above average for a hotel/motel and there are a number of good restaurants near by. About the only thing I didn't like was that the room was small. If I came with a large crowd or had more luggage it would have been cramped

Bathroom needed better clean.

Posted Aug 7, 2015
Bathroom dirty floor and shower needed cleaning. Had a hard time getting an adjoining room and the cleaning person saw my frustration and got me one right away.

Thank you for the review. Being a smaller property adjoining rooms are limited to only 4 sets at this location and are requested and assigned according to availability. The cleanliness issue was handled immediately once brought to our attention. We are looking forward to seeing you again soon. Chad Roberts General Manager

Nice hotel.

Pros: Convenience. Friendly staff and clean!
Enjoyed staying here. Unusual to get a complete free breakfast for continental. We had double bed room. Very clean. A little tight on space and beds were way too small but very comfy.

I needed a extra chair, the man at the desk didn't know where one was,so I told him I would get one out of the breakfast area,He came up with one out of the office. Why would a room have only one chair to a room?

Thank you for your review. We provide a lounge chair in our King rooms only, but all our rooms do have an executive desk chair. This is per the brand standards with Choice Hotels. I was glad to see that our Front Desk Clerk found you an additional chair. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Sincerely, Chad Roberts Assistant General Manager

Okay but smells weird

Posted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: The staff was amazing.
Cons: The smell/scent of the pillows/sheets/comforters.
Location: I was in Sevierville on business.
I enjoyed my time at SleepInn even if it was only for one night. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of the pillows/sheets. It was a very strong, strange scent that kept me from sleeping well. Also, the lobby/hallways/breakfast room were so hot and muggy. My hotel room AC was my best friend. The staff was fantastic and very friendly. They were very welcoming and enjoyable to be around. Also the breakfast was delicious! They offer a great variety.

Ash, Thank you for your review and hate to see that we had issues with the smell of pillow/sheets. We have discussed this matter with our Executive Housekeeper and have looked at why this issue occurred. I apologize for this inconvenience. We did have an issue with the A/C unit for the hallways, this issue has been corrected. I hope that you will visit us again while in the Great Smoky Mountains and give us another opportunity to be your home away from home. Sincerely, Chad Roberts Assistant General Manager
