We have reviewed our records and it appears that all of our ground floor rooms with 2 full beds were indeed occupied upon your arrival and no request for ground floor was noted in your reservation. From your review it appears you have stayed with us about 10 years ago - please kindly note the size of our rooms, beds or bathroom has not changed. We did upgrade our rooms with new furniture/bedding/carpeting and so on, however the sizes of above-mentioned items have not changed. We wish you all the best!
