This hotel is older or needs to be updated. It is close to a lot of venues and restaurants but I would never return. The front desk lady was so rude and NEVER at her desk. There are so many other nicer hotels in the area to stay at for the same price.

Check in was a little slow. Only one person working during the busiest time for check ins. The associate that checked me on was very nice and helpful. Hotel is in a good location and clean.

Close and friendly
The staff at this hotel is so friendly and helpful. From check-in to check-out, the process was easy and quick. The breakfast was hot and good and the staff was there cleaning and making sure everything remained stocked the whole time. The hotel is within walking distance (or a quick drive) to a lot of the attractions of Pigeon Forge. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was in a good area. Close to shopping and dining. However, the inside was not in good condition. The carpets were all filthy and stained and the room smelled like an ashtray. If I had known this before checking in I would not have stayed.

This is a great location! The layout of the room was perfect for our family, as well! The only thing that I would improve was the friendliness of the gentleman working the desk when we arrived. I would also love to see some sort of protocol that prevents guests from having to give their address and phone number aloud in front of other guests.

Never again!!!! Marriott .. I was told by the ass hole at the desk at check in , I pull out a cash envelope, start laying out 100$ bills , he said I don’t know what your doing but at the Marriott we do not take cash. You will have to go to Walmart and put your cash on a card. So , ummm no. I work my ass off for the money I’ve got. It was the Rod Runs weekend. No one excepts cards to buy from vendors or even a cash buy on a hot rod. So I left and found a vacancy at the red roof inn. They gladly took my cash and did put the security deposit on my debit card… also booked the spring corvette show and rod runs for next year. No more Marriott for me anywhere anytime…. If my hard earned cash is not good enough for your business. I’m not good enough to grace your door….. sincerely E. M. Sparks ROBERTS .

Wish we would have known
We stayed a few nights as a stop over coming home from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable but after a long day in the car we were really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub. It’s actually the main reason we picked this hotel. So we were very disappointed to find out it’s been broken for months and no one mentioned it to us. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew this. We normally stay in cabins every time but thought a hotel would be a nice change of pace. All the staff we met were very friendly and everything looked very clean. It made it much easier to relax after a long day. Hopefully they get the hot tub fixed so we can try again another time.

Charging not included with stay, I think that should be disclosed. Bathroom not clean, bathtub looked disgusting towel left on door from previous customer, exposed nail in carpet my wife fell over thinking it was something serious, stains next to my side of the bed, wore out towels. Not a $200/night room or service

I have stayed at many Springhill Suites before. Many in Pittsburgh PA. All of them were amazing. This one though my wife and I were disappointed. As soon as we walked in the room we were met with the strongest musty smell. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. I want pancakes for breakfast not for my pillows. The room had no towels to take a shower with so i had to go down to the front desk to get two. Overall ill give it a 5 out of 10. The service was very good but the room not so much.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. Had left another property because it was so dirty so came to Springhill Suites because I had been there in the past. I was not disappointed. Wonderful facilities and love that there is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Front desk personal and housekeeping were great.

I wouldn’t recommend. Needs a deep clean with stains on everything. Mold and water damage. I’ve noticed a couple of Springhill Suites in poor condition on our long road trip. Desk ladies were awful to us and other folks. Laundry machines were broken. Only one guy really doing any real work. The lobby women we’re talking about customers and coworkers negatively.

I can't say enough good things about this property. If you are headed to Pigeon Forge, I suggest looking into this property. The location can't be beat and the place has two pools and yet somehow, it is still quiet. The staff is friendly especially Junior. The views from the higher floors are also very nice. The only thing I did not like about this place is that you have to ask them to clean your room, it does not happen automatically. The breakfast was adequate nothing to write home about but appreciated when you have hungry kiddos in tow.
