The floors were dirty, after I got out of the shower and walked across the floor a couple of times the bottom of my feet were so dirty I had to step on a wet towel to clean them off.

We were travelling back home to MI from south FL and booked 1 night here because they allowed large dogs. I like that they have no size or breed restrictions and have a very low pet fee. We have a very friendly, well behaved Rottweiler and it can be hard to find lodging. The area is nice, right on the river. The room we had was fair, especially for the low price. The bathroom was clean. The vinyl floor in the room was cracked and chipped and the chair in the room was very visibly dirty, I couldn't let my 6 year old sit on it. We checked in at 11pm and out at 10am so we basically just slept. It served the purpose. I would recommend new flooring and furniture. My husband didn't like that he couldn't smoke anywhere on the property (outside) but I don't smoke so I do like that 😁

My daughters and I went on a girls trip and the location of this hotel was within walking distance of The Island and was super quiet throughout the night. Will definitely be back on our next visit.

Location was great. Parking lot was small but never too full building needs upgrading but not to the point that it’s uncomfortable I would stay here again we did see a roach in the loft bathroom but it could’ve been brought in by the previous guest.

Property was close to most everything. Room NEEDS major updates! Some TLC would be an improvement. Shower curtain was broken and just hanging on by a thread. Looked horrible for $287.00 on Friday … I expected better. Front desk person when checking in on Thursday was very rude. There was NO southern hospitality to be found at this place.

The accommodations were great for 7 people. The only complaint was sofa bed. The accompanying picture of room reservation showed a double bed in king bed room. It would have been nice to have some utensils, cups in room. Besides these small requests, it worked out great for us.

Cute standard kitchen loft for our family of 7. Didn't see any kind of stove or heating plate, just a larger hotel fridge and microwave so the "kitchen" part was a little deceiving when our intention was to cook dinner. But we ate out instead and enjoyed our cabin loft.

When you walk in the room you smell pet urine! The door has pet scratches all over it. The fireplace did not work. The coffee pot was broke. Had to call 3 times for service. The baseboards in the bathroom have never been cleaned. The shower down does not stay closed.

We have checked our logs and you did not report any issues while you were here. We also checked our log book for the room you were staying in and nobody has reported any issues in the room you were in, since you checked out. Had you made us aware of any issues you were having, we could have address them while you were here and had pest control come and inspect.

As far as the room, it was clean and spacious. The location was convenient. It could have been just the people in the room above us but it sounded like a herd of elephants. Kids were running and screaming late at night as well as starting up around 6:00 each morning. I understand possibilities so we'll probably give it another shot.

Floors were so dirty the bottoms of my feet were black in 15 minutes. We bought a Swifter. Used 2 pads and they both were black. Shower had mold but it had an overhead shower head that was great. Toilet rocked. We have always wanted to stay there because we liked the exterior. Never again.

We loved our room other than it was quite dusty and the bathtub needs to be replaced. It is very slippery when taking a shower and the bottles won't sit on the edges of tub. Our cleaning lady missed taking the trash upstairs and making the bed one day. Other than that we enjoyed it.
