Check in was fast and that's the best part of this place. We get to the room and notice right away it's overused. I go to take my shaving kit into bathroom and check out the tub, it has long hairs on the wall and floor? GROSS! You can see where they repaired or replaced things but didn't take the time to patch walls and paint nice. Now for the room, the carpet is ripped, has a place where someone dropped a hot iron. and over by the door to go to the balcony there are at least 20 dead lady bugs, so it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. Room was noisy, you could hear the neighbors flushing their toilets and even though we booked this 3 months in advance they put us in room 501 next to the elevator so we got to listen to that go up and down. Sunday morning as I am taking luggage out to the truck I'm waiting on the elevator and a lady is 4 steps above me sweeping the check in area with a broom and sweeping the dust right towards me.... she didn't care and if I worked at such a depressing place I wouldn't either I guess. They even have two A/C-Heater units in the wall, one kinda worked and the one that didn't was just left there. Wouldn't you take out the old and put in the new? I would. They need to gut the hotel and refresh it. The coffee was good for the "free" breakfast but the muffins were a week old. Tried to save a few bucks going here, it wasn't worth it, plenty other places to stay and you get what you pay for.
