One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

Rooms were not cleaned at all during our 6 night stay. The manager was extremely kind but the rest of the staff were rude and quite frankly lazy. We had to request towels each day. Twice they had no clean towels (even though the hotel was almost empty) the pool was small and dirty and simple things such as toilet paper we had to request. We will not be staying there again.

Beautiful view of the river

Pros: The rooms were clean. Liked seeing the river out the back door.
Cons: Breakfast could improve. My husband is diabetic so he didn't have much to choose from. Mostly carbs and sweets.
Location: Very close to Gatlinburg.
Everyone was really nice. Convenient to Gatlinburg. But also away from the noise.

Pictures are deceiving

The pictures for this hotel are deceiving. It worked fine for what we needed- basically just a room to sleep in as we spent the days hiking. But everything seemed like it needed a really good cleaning. However, the balcony next to the stream was nice.

outdated older hotel rooms was clean

Pros: convenience
Cons: updated, more than one person cleaning rooms, breakfast wasn't very good.
Location: you are close to everything in gatlinburg
bathroom leaked water was not able to check in until almopst 5:00

Nice for the price.

Location: Location is great, short walk to everything.
Not a 4 star but not the 4 star price either. Everything was pretty basic. Clean but in bad need of updating. Hotel staff are great! Really make you feel welcome. I had a king suite on the 7th floor, very roomy and bed was very comfortable. Only issue I had was the balcony wasn't private. It was shared with the suite next door. Still, big enough so you didn't have to interact with the neighbors!

nice hotel by the creek!!

Cons: good
Location: there are lots of eating places and shops nearby and the mountains
loved this place..perfect location and loved the creek running next to it

Clean, comfortable and quiet

Just off the main drag in Gatlinburg, the hotel is very quiet. It's clean and comfortable. The building is older and a bit tired, but they've obviously made updates and work hard to keep everything nice. Staff was wonderful on all shifts and in all roles. Bed was comfortable, better TV channel selection than in many upscale city hotels. Would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Gatlinburg!

Dirty hotel close to Gatlinburg strip

Rude host, the floor was not even swept by the maid. My wife had to scrub the tub/shower because there was grime and hair in it, when I complained to the host about the room she pretty much called me a liar and said the maid was very meticulous but when I asked her to come up and see all she did was offer to check us out, not good business ethics. We stayed at this hotel last year and it was pretty nice, don't know what happened but was very disappointed this time around won't be back.
