La estadía fue muy buena. El staff muy responsable. Reservamos 4 habitaciones y en una de ellas el baño no estaba limpio, reportamos el incidente y la manager amablemente ofreció el reembolso de esa habitación. Muy complacidos!

I lo e expedia and this is my favorite app for my hotel and flight. I booked ar Rodeway Inn, Pigeon Forge for 3 days from December 30 to January 1st. We drove 6hours for New Year’s celebration at PigeonForge-Gatlinburg adventure. When we get to the property they said they don’t have room for us reserved. So upset but expedia did a good job. They looked for another property nearer and the room is upgraded. Even if we waited for an hour it’s worth it.❤️

Staff was friendly. It was 20 degrees outside and there was a portable heater in our room and there was COLD air blowing out the vent in the wall.
