We had two rooms for this property, one at the bottom of the mountain, and the other one at the top of the mountain the one at the top of the mountain, the room was buried, pretty clean, except for the phone had sticky stuff all over it. When we first got to the property, we had dinner reservations that we had to cancel because the main entry door into our cabin would not lock, so we had to wait for maintenance to come fix the lock then later that evening, the smoke/carbon monoxide detector was going off in the middle of the night. Had to go wait in our truck for an hour and a half while they fixed it the very next night at 3 AM it goes off again. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes for maintenance to come and pull the smoke detectors off the wall. The unit that we had at the bottom of the mountain was very noisy. Could hear everything in the rooms around us. We had a water leak in our room from the upstairs unit. Our room smells very musty and mildew. It’s dark like a cave with one window, looking at the playground parking lot . When I called to see if we could move to a different room due to the noise in the smell, that was not an option and was told as far as the noise goes just call security every time there’s a noise complaint this whole stay has been very frustrating. Not relax , and there’s been no accommodation for all the issues we’ve had. I would’ve been better off staying at a hotel.

It was very nice. The only thing was some of the staff seemed not knowledgeable at the desk or server at the restaurant. I guess since it’s off season new employees and the water park was closed for renovations.

The property from outside has a promise and it does fool you by the premises well maintain and big. However, once you get your room, you get a smack on the head to snap out of it. We booked a one bedroom villa and we got something less than a regular hotel room. We were 4 two adults two children and we could barely fit our luggage in the room. It says you get laundry and it is actually shared with your neighbor guests outside of the room. It was just not what we were sold on when booking. We travel a lot and I usual lay look at the reviews and just be careful when booking, the rooms are very very small for the name they are advertising it for. Not worth the money, you can book a whole cabin for your family for the same amount. The waterpark is not included unless you’re an owner. Very very dissatisfying. It is not even quiet because you can hear other guests in other rooms as if they would be next to you. It is definitely a big no for us. For pictures from outside it looks wonderful but trust me once you get the room it feels like the biggest scam.. definitely not coming back. One thing is good is it’s location.

This hotel was a big disappointment
We were so excited about the indoor Waterpark that we bought 2 day tickets. When we got to the Waterpark we realized how cold the water was. It was way to cold for my 2 young children. We asked for a refund because we wouldn’t be able to use the second day, but was not given one. The bathtub had brown under the nozzles and you can hear the people above you really easily. The people above us woke us up several times a night. The next morning my daughter woke up screaming pain in her ear probably from the terrible water park. This stay was a big disappointment we ended up leaving early and not staying the full time.

Beautiful resort! We did like it. But some honest feedback. The only issue is that you’re 20mins from the front desk if you end up in one of the units that’s the furthest out. If your room key doesn’t work it’s 40mins just driving to get it fixed. And… There were no dairy free, gluten free options at the only restaurant onsite. We had a kitchen in our room so we cooked for ourselves but it would have been nice to have a meal on site. The dining room looked nice!

Excellent stay in the mountains
We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time at the resort. Our son truly enjoyed the water park, fun games, and other activities at the resort. The hotel service, cleanliness were excellent. The staff was constantly checking if we were comfortable or needed anything. We had breakfast and dinner at the resort's restaurant and the cuisine was excellent. One drawback was they did not have enough resources, hence they were not able to handle more than 6 to 7 tables at once. Their dining capacity was meant to handle at least 20-25 tables/families at one time. Their staff was doing their best. The staff that handles the restaurant area needs to be trained. It looked like the dining area staff were unhappy seeing anyone dining there. The visitors could feel that awkwardness. The staff would make the visitors wait for 20-30 minutes even though the entire dining area was empty with hardly 2 to 3 tables being served. That was very weird. It seems they didn't want to work or were not trained to manage the customers by being prompt, active, and happy (most importantly). On our first day when we checked in, they didn't mention the dining services, and we forgot to ask them as well. So on our way, we asked the security guard about the next day's breakfast options, and he said that they didn't serve any breakfast and stopped since COVID-19. Also, they don't have enough resources. Later we found out that was misinformation. Food was out of the world though. And the stay was excellent.
